Chosen were excellent at managing our sale and purchase. We had a complicated process due to our initial buyers pulling out and a vendor who was ‘challenging’. Nicki was instrumental in us securing our house. In regard to the sale of our house, she was honest with our options but never pushy. Liz was phenomenal as the sales progressor. Leading up to exchange her communication and initiative made sure we got there in the end despite a difficult vendor. Also thanks to Sarah who was great at showing people our house.

This is what client service should be…

This is what client service should be like. Estate agents get a bad rap. Most would say with good reason. Chosen turns that on its head. They are insanely good. So focused. So on point. So engaging. So engaged. An absolute joy to have on your side. So so good. In arguably the most difficult market in 20+ years these folk are closers. I am super demanding. I know this. But with panache, charm and when needed, grit, they tell you what you need to hear (not necessarily want to hear) when you need to hear it. Nicki bosses it but special shout out to Liz. Perseverance, sass and class. Relieved to sell but a bit gutted it’s all over. My advice. Don’t hesitate. They are the real deal and will close your yours.

We highly recommend Chosen Home From the valuation and marketing to completion and handover, Lisa and the team were so professional and beyond helpful. Whenever we contacted them they always came back to us so quickly and worked closely with us throughout the process. Something I know is rare with other agents we've used in the past. We were also very impressed with the photos, they captured the house beautifully. We wouldn't sell in the future with anyone else and have already recommended Chosen to friends and family.

Next level service

We had an excellent experience with Lisa, Mandy and the team from Chosen. Head and shoulders above any of their competitors I’ve used. Lisa was meticulous from start to finish, providing excellent advice on how to present the house, next level photography and continued support throughout the process. Within the first 2 weeks we had a large amount of potential buyers through the door (compared to 0 when we used a different agent perviously). Can’t recommend them enough!!

I cannot say anything bad about Chris and Chosen! I had my property on the market with 2 large local estate agents for over 12 months before I instructed chosen to have a go! From start to finish, Chris and the team at Chosen came across with a friendly, professional and helpful support throughout. Best of all they managed to get an offer on he property within 6 weeks which was acccepted and has no resulted in the property being sold and completed. We lived in a large six bedroom house. I asked all top end estate agents in Sutton Coldfield to do a presentation on why them. Nicki Ash at Chosen was by far the most professional. So it turned out. The photographs and video were fantastic. Visits were arranged promptly and we had two offers very quickly. In spite of my scepticism the buyer paid Chosen’s fees. We completed the sale last week. Brilliant service from Nicki and Gemma on what turned out to be a very complex purchase in the end. The team were professional, responsive, they demonstrated their care and attention to detail for clients, and navigated a tricky and difficult situation with constant smiles. They were constantly in communication with my solicitor, my estate agents and everyone involved in the chain to try and progress things. I recognise how hard it is to deliver the business model Chosen Homes have set out, where the seller has the ability to pass all costs onto the buyer (or split them, or pay them) but Gemma and Nicki were both so balanced in the service they provided, and I am so grateful for this as I know it can’t have been easy! AVIOD AVOID AVOID The worst experience we have ever experienced these guys were selling my fathers property. Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

A new dawn for estate agency.

To begin with, the quality of the listing was outstanding. The photography made our property stand out, without being misleading. The marketing strategy was carefully explained to us, and we were particularly impressed with this more modern method of estate agency. Honest and straightforward with no ‘corners’, and where the client is front and centre. We subsequently accepted an offer within a little over 24 hours from going live. Unfortunately it was almost 12 months before we finally moved, owing to a frustrating and at times tragic turn of events that were beyond the control of Chosen or any of the parties immediately involved. Throughout the rollercoaster ride that ensued, we were supported by Chris and the team, which made such a difference to us. Of particular merit are the communications, with responses to emails or WhatsApp’s received very quickly and without ever needing to chase anything up. We are glad we chose Chosen to handle our sale, and would use them again without hesitation.

Faultless sales experience

We recently sold our family home through Chosen. It was an absolutely seamless process thanks, in the main, to Nicki, Chris and the team. After all the initial process, the photos, instagram video, and sales brochure were done (Chosen’s photo presentation is absolutely the best btw) we then put the house up for sale on the 25th Jan. We had 9 viewings over the Saturday / Monday. All communicated via the WhatsApp group, with feedback following very quickly… We then had 3 offers. Nicki found out where people’s chains were and we accepted one (at asking price) on 1st Feb. We then exchanged 29th and completed 7th March. We really could not fault anything in the process. Chosen’s recommend solicitor firm of EPO were also excellent in completing the legals on the sale process so quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Chosen for anyone looking to sell. I am very sure they, and particularly Nicki, are setting the benchmark on how estate agents should operate.

Excellent team and experience

Chosen was recommended to us as the estate agent to use. They were very efficient from start to finish, including the first meet re valuation, through to the photos and video, viewings, sale and completion. This was our 6th move, and have tried and used several other estate agents but nothing touched the service provided by this team. We had engagement mainly with Lisa, Sarah, Nikki and Liz. Whenever we reached out a response was back with us within hours. The communication was fantastic, even if they couldn’t respond to our question we had a holding response (due to boarding a flight!!!) They were literally always at hand to help and took away any stress involved in a sale of your property. Which I know from past experience can be an awful experience. Main thanks goes to Lisa for pre sale and supporting post sale and Liz for the after sale experience. Great team, easy to talk to and would recommend to anyone looking to move home. Thank you again.
