GoogleI have recently rented a property with archer basset and have had such a pleasant experience. We viewed the property and managed to move in and have another viewing within around a week. The whole team has been very professional even since we've moved in and have gone above and beyond to cater around our working hours- at times leaving them working late themselves. We’ve had repairs completed almost as soon as we’ve reported them. We can not thank the team enough for their support and making such a stressful time so so much easier. We are more than happy we have rented through archer basset and we’re loving life in our new home!PositiveProfessionalism

I would give zero stars if I could.I fell in love with a property, & was so excited at the prospect of moving into my new home. I went to see the apartment with my mother in law, whilst we both loved it, I asked the estate agent if I could arrange a seperate viewing with my partner. I was reassured that this would be fine, the apartment hadn't been occupied since November & only two couples had shown interest since, both of which failed their references. I was called two days before my viewing to tell me the flat was now off the market, as an application had been submitted. The agent that called showed no remorse, telling me 'you were told it was a popular property'. I was not at any point. Had I been told, I would have submitted an application there & then. This agency obviously cares solely about profit & not people, I would advise any prospective tenants avoid using them at all costs.

GoogleDO NOT USE STAY CLEAR , I HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR 7 YEARS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY, THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF YOU AND BE SNEAKY WITH HOME VISIT , £42 ADMIN CHARGE FOR ARRIVING WITHOUT NOTICE AND THEN THEY DON'T EVEN WAIT FOR YOU TO OPEN THE DOOR BEFORE RUNNING OFF SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU , DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF AND ATTITUDE .

GoogleEver since they took over Albright's I've had nothing but problems with them. They do 6 monthly property checks and they said they wouldn't pass us cause there was clothes on the bed, food on the side and washing up in the sink they went on to say there cracking down dirty property's and mines far from it. It's not like theres needles or bin bags all ova the floor

GoogleNot reliable at all, worst agents I have ever dealt with. After a month of leaving the property and calling them several times a week every week still unable to get my deposit back. Everytime they try to come up with new charges and excuses to deduct more mondy and delay the refund.I dont recomment them at all.

Googlerented from these for over two years, they took over albrights, repairs not carried out ,shocking customer relations as calls never returned. After we moved out our landlord agreed we should receive our full deposit,they would not complete the DPS form to return our money. Wonder how they would have dealt with us not paying rent
