GoogleI had heard good things about this business from others. But unfortunately they were not good, nor polite nor professional. There is only 1 person who appears to work and that is David. The rest of the staff answer calls rudely. No customer service. Prefers the sellers and treats buyers badly. No updates are given. Emails are ignored. Greasy estate agents. Go elsewhere nothing is worth the humiliation from this business!!!

I don't think the full facts have been explained in your post, perhaps the news that you weren't successful in getting your own way in negotiations with our office has perhaps had something to do with your opinion of us.
Our job is to do what is in the best interest of our client, the vendor, the house seller. Sometimes that isn't always in your best interest and you didn't get you way.
