Very supportive. Best option for an affordable place in Bristol in a shared-house environment.All the people inside the Aurora community were very friendly.Plenty of space to park your own car, big lounge and modern kitchen/bathroom with a laundry room included inside the property.Would reccomend to anybody

FacebookToday I got the keys from Stephen at the Liverpool office, he was absolutely lovely along with Nicole and all the other staff. I'm very excited to move into my new property and the service I have received from Ad Hoc has been excellent. Its so nice to have an innovative and refreshing approach to finding somewhere to live!

GoogleUnfortunately after being with Ad Hoc for years, I feel the company is very unprofessional in it's standards. The management clearly profile people and provide different benefits to each guardian. Would not recommend, you're better off looking for supported accommodation.

The staff in Liverpool are 100 per cent. Ellie and Rob have looked after us from beginning to end. Property is good quality and v. affordable. Very enjoyable. Gramm the inspector is a nice guy and helpful. Recomended.

I've lived in an ad-hoc property in Bristol for over 4 years, and they have so far been prompt to solve most issues that have come up with maintenance etc. They are responsive and always answer e-mails. The rent is below market-average, although it has increased over the years.

FacebookI have been living in Ad Hoc properties for the last year and have no complaints. Ad Hoc living is ridiculously cheap and the properties I have lived in have both been incredible. I currently live in a mansion in a room the size of a studio flat and have a huge garden just outside my window.

FacebookI love my house in Wales and have some of the best housemates ever! Our manager James did an amazing job selecting guardians! We have settled in nicely and the house is once again being used as a home. Property guardianship is a lifestyle choice-there maybe uncertainty, but there is certainly adventure and lots of space!

Awful company. Never reply to maintenance issues. We had no heating through Nov-Jan. Mice and rats. Water pouring through a light fitting. No one answers the phones or emails. Disgusting. We shall see if I get my deposit back. I don't trust this company at all. STAY CLEAR OF AD HOC.
