Excellent service from start to finish , the whole ambience of the office is friendly but professional , nothing is too much trouble , queries are answered promptly and nothing seems too much trouble .Aftersales is managed by iIene who is a star , we have moved house 12 times and she is the best we have come across in the business

I won the auction for Coney Green Drive. The guys at the Devon Way Branch were excellent once again as that's my 2nd property in the last 3 months I've brought from them. Once again they've arranged all the finance and solicitors for me. A great end to end service thank you guys!

House was lovely. Very well presented and well kept. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. More information could have been given on certain things eg age of boiler, what work had been done in the last few years. Main drawback on the house was the shared courtyard.The estate agent was helpful and friendly when showing us around the house.

GoogleI had a very frustrating experience with this letting agency. After paying a holding deposit for a property, the landlord decided to withdraw and put the property back on the market. I was informed that my holding deposit would be refunded, but despite being told this, I had to wait nearly a month to receive my refund. I initially requested the refund on July 19th and finally received it on August 13th, but only after sending multiple follow-up emails. Adding to the frustration, they initially tried to mislead me by suggesting that I wasn't entitled to a refund, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Overall, the service was unprofessional and unreliable. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
