We had a viewing with Mark brazier, very friendly, very informative man,gave us some great hints and tips, things to look for etc.Gave us advice on ext steps etc also.We kept him longer than we should've have, and he still didn't rush us, so thank you.

GoogleThis is un professional & racist estate agent, 5 previous offers rejected with out any explanation, on the 6th offer I waited 10 days for their reply if my offer accepted or not, eventually on Monday Oct.10th she came back to me that my offer is accepted & they are ready to exchange details, following day Tuesday she declined my offer again with out any explanation. Almost 3 months I was viewing properties advertised by this agent with out any result.
Firstly, your offers were rejected because you didn’t offer the highest price, your lack of budget is sadly not our fault. Secondly your review is the single most inaccurate and imbecilic ever left to our business. You claim racism, please note our business is owned and operated by people of all different races. Lastly the irony of your comments is only expounded by the fact your profile picture is of probably the most fascist dictator the world has seen in the last 60 years! Kindly find another agent to help you find a property as we do not wish to help you find a home.

A good viewing and I probably stayed a bit longer than I should have. Paul had to be somewhere for another viewing but didn't complain. There were a couple of things that he didn't know about the property but stated he would find out and contact me. No complaints.

Met with Alex Ferguson after having several agent out to value my property. Alex offered a simple yet effective package that suited me as I was able to manage when I was and wasn’t available through the website. I’m really pleased to say from start to finish there was no issues and Alex was always available to offer his his advice. Can’t believe I was going to pay another agent thousands of pounds when Alex did the job for £780 plus VAT as I was happy to show the buyers around myself. Will 100% recommend
