My partner and I have had a really good experience with Farrell Heyworth. We were assisted by Shelley and she was absolutely lovely and kind, we also got assisted by Nick and he was also just as nice. They were both informative and helpful with helping us find our first apartment. They both considered our circumstances and made sure they had the right place for us and we found the perfect one because of Nick and Shelley. Cannot thank them enough and I hope they get any good recognition as they have helped us a lot, and was kind and was never blunt or rude like most estate agents. I am at the start of this journey but have, so far found Taylor very helpful. I can understand others concerns about the agents asking for proof of funds etc but in these challenging times I guess they have to make sure that people are serious buyers.

As first time buyers we really needed help and professional advice in order to arrange our mortgage. We were recommended by a friend to use Farrell Heyworth's mortgage services and we are so glad that we did. The welcome we received from Shaun and the staff in the office was brilliant. Their mortgage adviser, John Paul Harding, explained the whole process to us in simple, easy to understand terms and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. As a landlord we received absolutely atrocious service. It is clear that neither the Directors or branch managers have a clue what the staff are doing. Do not touch this organisation with a barge pole.

Gareth came to value our bungalow and straight away reassured us of the service he could provide. We were not disappointed, we were kept informed of the progress with regular updates from Sophie.....and plenty of contact. They really pushed our bungalow and we had plenty of viewings and sold very quickly. We will definitely use them again. Selling or buying a home is extremely stressful, but was made so much easier by the friendly helpful staff.
