Excellent service, All of the team at the Bingham branch are extremely knowledgeable of the local area. Super quick marketing of our property meant we were in receipt of an offer within a couple of weeks. Alfie, Michelle and Sharon were all excellent When they said they would ring back they did so every time, regularly updating us and keeping us informed of events at all times. Do not use this company! Absolutely awful experience. I rented a mice infested apartment with them, finding out this was an issue they had known about for three years and continued to let. Had a hole in the roof for six months that they didn’t fix and have had to vacate due to such poor living conditions. And after all that claimed half my deposit for an issue they failed to record in the inventory from the previous tenancy.

I had never filled out an application form before & she gave me a call & helped me through it. We booked in with this agency to view a property and asked if we could move the viewing to an earlier to due to other commitments. We were then sent a postcode for the property which took us to the incorrect address. The agent called us and we explained that their postcode had sent us to the wrong location and that we were a few minutes away. We used the Rightmove property location map to find the address and were 7 minutes late. The agent answered the door and told us we would now need to wait 5 minutes as another viewing had turned up early. We waited for 15-20 minutes before knocking on the door again and explaining that we booked it for a specific time due to other commitments and were told very rudely "well, you were late" to which I replied "yes, by 7 minutes" and was then told to wait outside again. I also had my two young children with me and because she refused to wait, we could not view the property we had made the trip to see. Needless to say the agents attitude as a representative of this company has made us never want to deal with this agent again.
