Avocado weren't our estate agent, they were our sellers BUT I wish they were! From the start of the process all the way through to completion I couldn't fault them. They kept us more up to date than our own estate agents. Our buyer was particularly challenging but both Ellen and Sanjay kept us informed, calm and generally reassured. When Sanjay was asked for advice he was always quick to respond and I felt confident with what he suggested. If we were to move again (at the minute never again), I would 100% go with Avocado. Plus the added bonus of Alan the Avocado on the house keys on completion and the biggest bag of sweets 😋

Neil and Dan were absolutely brilliant, they sold our house enabling us to bag our dream home. We can’t thank you enough for all you did. Communication was brilliant though-out, using a WhatsApp group. Viewing days were set, so there was no messing around with random Viewings which was a huge help with a young family. Marketing was top notch.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil and Dan to anyone looking to sell/buy, and if we look to move again in the future we will 100% be using Avocado.

We sold our house with Avocado in Little Sandhurst ( Will & Mike). We were looked after by Mike during the whole process and we seriously couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent! We had three valuations on our house before instructing an agent and the other estate agents didn’t even come close to the level of service, enthusiasm and honesty we received from Avocado. Furthermore, when we were viewing houses to buy we were shocked by the lack of enthusiasm/knowledge/experience in comparison!! The way our house was marketed was insane - the photos were great, the video they made was incredible and makes for a lovely keepsake. I really can’t fault Mike, he always responded to messages, went out of his way to take time out of his evening to update us and dealt with difficulties during the sale (and purchase because of the incompetence of the other estate agent) for us. If you’re looking for an estate agent, I can 100000% recommend Avocado - they’re honest, trustworthy and really friendly! We tried selling our property with a well known local estate agent with absolutely no luck. Jan Lepp called and informed me she felt our property had been overpriced to win our business. Jan asked for the opportunity to try and sell our property and once out of contract we gave her the chance. Her approach, the prep before potential buyers arrived and her positive no nonsense attitude whilst showing our home was refreshing. Before Jan I didn’t think estate agents did much to sell the house, if someone likes the property they are going to offer. Jan worked the enquiries, highlighted our homes best features and followed up every enquiry without fail. She has a refreshing honesty and a real passion whilst trying to achieve the best price for your home. She doesn’t chase commission like some agents, she works for you to get the best result for you. Ellen and Sanjay are actual humans that can listen to understand rather than just listen to respond. We felt they really understood what we need/could get and we could have an honest and real conversation with them, they are very professional and very transparent in their advises.
