We recently purchased a property from Avocado properties Ruislip, the process from their side was a pleasure to deal with. They’re not a company I’d ever heard of before, and from his personal approach with the original house owner we assumed they were family friends (we later realised this wasn’t the case). From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept us fully informed every step of the way. One thing we particularly appreciated was the WhatsApp group he set up, which made communication so easy. It was a refreshing change from being left on hold or having to navigate endless automated phone systems just to get an update. All in all, Avocado properties Ruislip was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use Avocado Properties in the future and would happily recommend James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home through Avocado Property. From start to finish, Neil (from Dan & Neil estate management) and Emma were incredibly professional, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. Buying a house can be stressful, especially as first time buyers, but they made everything feel so much smoother. They were always quick to respond to our questions through WhatsApp group, kept us updated at every stage, and genuinely cared about helping us complete the purchase. The support provided by them enabled us to achieve completion in less than 2 months which is much quicker than average processing time. We sold our cottage in Hungerford with Ben from Avocado and the service we received from start to finish was faultless. We had regular viewings and updates on market conditions and the communication we had throughout was always timely and clear. However it was when we accepted an offer that he really came into his own. We had a lengthy and complicated chain but Ben consistently kept us updated and provided excellent advice. The time surrounding exchange of contracts was extremely stressful but Ben went above and beyond to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible. Other estate agencies do the bare minimum but this was certainly not the case, even our buyer mentioned to us a couple of times how effective the service from Ben was. He took the time to gather information and present it to us so we could make the best decisions possible. Always professional and engaged, I was very glad to have Ben working on our behalf and would not hesitate to recommend Avocado to anyone.

When looking for an agent to sell my wife's Mum's property following her passing, it was something we had not had to do for years, so we really didn't know where to look. At the first stage after getting valuations from some well known local names, we saw an Avacado board locally from Will and Mike. We gave them a call, and after meeting Will there was only one agent in the running really. He showed a real empathy towards the situation as it was still very painful for my wife, and that was very important. Also after the valuation he left us alone to decide with no pressure, this was also really important. When we agreed to use them, the marketing video they put together was great, the comms with Will were excellent and we got an offer for the asking price within a couple of weeks. Overall we are really pleased we found them and will certainly use again if we were selling.

Perry sold my Parent’s house for me last year - he’s super knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very patient… Also a generally a very nice, polite person to deal with, who I felt confident in his capabilities to sell the property. He organised photography, floor plans straight away. He was always available when I called and very helpful. Initially the house went on the market when mum moved into a care home, then sadly mum passed away. The house had to come off the market whilst I organised probate. Once that came through months later the house went back on the market. Lots of viewings and sold fairly quickly.
