Very happy with the service from Glendevon Grange Winchburbh development. George has been incredibly helpful in giving us all the information about the plots, prices we needed in a matter of minutes. He is very sincere and definitely a treasure to Robertson homes. He is so kind and patiently explained us details for all the questions we had. He made sure we left the sales office with everything we needed. Glendevon Grange Winchburgh

Our family has decided we need to move home as we have outgrown our current property. We were initially put off a new build due to the lack of space as we had viewed all of the show homes from all of the different developers in Winchburgh and we always felt we were compromising on space, especially in the bedrooms.When Robertson Homes at Glendevon Grange opened the new show homes my wife arranged a meeting with George. From our initial conversation we were made to feel really welcome, even when we explained we had no intention of buying. George was still very professional and kind and we were really impressed by his customer service. He spent a lot of time with us going over the different home layouts, what was included as standard and the benefits of purchasing a new home. He has changed our perception of new build homes, we were blown away by how many bathrooms Robertson include in there homes and we now desperately want to book your last Leonardo Garden Room Plot 28 on the development. We have since done a lot of research on other builders and really feel Robertson Homes are in a class of there own.

5 Star Service of Diane

Me and partner just reserved a Robertson Homes property as our marriage home at Jackton Glasgow. We'd like to thank Diane who is the sales of the development, she's the nicest and the most professional housing sales we've ever met. Because of we are foreign cash buyers so it could be difficult for us to transfer the money internationally in terms of complex legal prove processes and money transfer processes，but Diane was so patient to us and really helping us went through things smoothly. Now, we have solutions and start to proceed everything gradually, so I'd like to thank again Diane for thinking for us and coordinating things between us, Robertson Homes, and solicitors. We wouldn't purchase the property if it wasn't for her. We are greatful and we would recommend her to other people.

Extremely Poor Customer Service, Better talking to a brick wall!I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Robertsons has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they seemed attentive & professional, but once they had our money, everything changed.From the moment the payment was processed, their customer service went from bad to non-existent. Calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, and when they do respond, it's with vague and unhelpful information (Computer says no) Every time I've had an issue or concern, it feels like I'm pulling teeth to get any kind of resolution to the point I now don’t waste my time contacting them.Their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. It's clear that once they've secured your money, they couldn't care less about delivering on their promises or ensuring a positive experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a Robertson Home to think twice and look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

During the process of buying our dream house, Gillian and the team across Southfield Grange and Glenburn Manor have been excellent. Initially with viewings of the showhome at Glenburn Manor and more latterly at Newton Mearns, Gillian has shown she is very knowledgeable about the development and each house type.We also had a really good experience with our selection meetings and found great value in our appointment selecting the kitchen.The Robertson team have been great with keeping in contact to keep us updated on our build during these very difficult times in the industry. The service i have recieved from the first day we entered the show home at Glenburn Manor in Jackton has been first class!Firstly a huge thank you to Fraser who was our initial sales advisor, extremly helpful and was instrumental in us securely our new home.Over the past few months we have been dealing with Diane who I have to say has been nothing but amazing! From finishing touches in our home to responding to my emails at all hours of the day, I can't fault the service in any area. I couldn’t be happier with our Robertson home! Diane the sales consultant who helped us through our journey was truly amazing. Diane went out of her way to help us from the initial stages of choosing the right house type to fit our requirements to the finishing touches and purchase she was so patient and helpful we couldn’t have done it without her. The aftercare we received by Robertsons was also fantastic whenever we called they helped us immediately nothing was too much trouble. We have been so impressed by the service and quality of build that we have decided to buy our next home with Robertsons too. Fantastic Experience 10/10

My wife and I decided that we wanted to move closer to our families with all that has gone on over the past year.We looked at a few sites and decided to look into Calderwood in East Calder. After looking at all the available house builders we decided to arrange a meeting with Kim at Robertson homes. We really felt that Robertson Homes looked a class above the rest.Kim really took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for and after our meeting we decided on our new home. I thought that Kim came across as very professional and really made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. A few weeks later we were introduced to Greig the site manager who went over everything and again made us feel even more confident we had made the right choice with Robertson Homes. Running a business myself I understand the importance of customer service and Kim and Greig were both very professional in dealing with our every need. Kim and Grieg kept us updated all the way through the house build sending pictures and letting us know how things were going which we really appreciated.We have now moved into our beautiful new home and it is even more stunning than we could ever imagined. We would not hesitant in recommending Robertson Homes from the experience we have had so far.We spent many months looking at various developments and builders, and by far, Robertson were the most accommodating in terms of visiting showhomes, answering our initial questions and the reservation process. We had our hearts set on a specific plot, and Kim kept us updated thorough-out the release and coming to market. Whenever we visit site, or call or email, Kim is more than happy to chat through our options. There is a great deal of choice, and I am slightly indecisive (!) but Kim and Greg have been completely patient and happy to answer all questions (even my slightly daft ones).Even with Covid we feel we've been kept up date with progress, and have a realistic idea of what to expect in the coming months! We can't wait to be in our new home!

Dargarvel "Perfect" in every way so far..

Hi, Having read most of the posts i thought i would share my experience so far with Robertson homes at Dargarvel village.Firstly, the buying process and assistance has been first class, really. Great advice, timely responses and open dialogue held for any clarifications required. Reassuring from the start, credit to Linda (sales executive) for her help so far. Secondly, choices and upgrades which are plentiful, I find Robertson will try to accommodate as much as possible and as stated above, have given reasonable responses with explanations as to why certain requests have not been possible, perfectly acceptable to me. Linda has been extremely helpful and patient during this entire process.Summary of Experience so far - Genuine 10/10.Improvement opportunities- Honestly don't have any suggestions that would make things simpler for me at this stage. Robertson homes...Linda at Dargarvel is a credit to you ….. quietly confident the builders and finishing team will be as well. update soon!

We have now been in our beautiful new home for 9 weeks and are thoroughly delighted with the standard and quality of the finish provided by Robertson Homes. From start to finish, Fraser, the sales executive was informative, professional and extremely helpful, making the entire buying process as stress free as moving house can possibly be.Since moving in, the site manager Dean has been very attentive, carrying out inspections and arranging any little repairs that need to be carried out.Overall we are absolutely over the moon with our Robertson Home at Glenburn Manor and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Our forever home at Bowes Manor

We finally have our keys to our beautiful Robertson Home at Bowes Manor, and we absolutely love it. The fixtures, fittings and finishes are to a really high standard which is one of many reasons why we chose a Robertson Home. Our home is just stunning throughout. Marie and Chris have been outstanding, really informative throughout the full buying process, nothing is ever an issue. On our day of completion we were welcomed by Chris and Marie at our home, they went through the property completion in detail ensuring that we were given all the necessary warranty documentation and contact numbers should we need them. We have been looking at Robertson homes…

We have been looking at Robertson homes at Glendevon Grange and have tried to reserve on every release but keep missing out due to the popular demand. Robertson homes are one of the few house builders that have several house designs we would be happy to chose from. I wonder though if there is a fairer way to do the reservation process when you have so many people looking to purchase? The service from the sales representative George has been outstanding. He has spent hours answering our questions and reassuring us we will be able to secure our new home. We looked at all of the developers close by and could have secured a home with one of them but we felt we would be compromising on the style and layout that we desperately want. We feel the homes on offer from Robertson are miles apart and the garden rooms are just incredible.

Robertson Homes have put profits before…

Robertson Homes have put profits before children and cannot be trusted. They have failed to build Dargavel Primary on time as contractually agreed - between the space of two weeks the narrative changed from the whole school would be ready - to be school building would not at all be finished at all. The result of this means that hundreds of children will now need to try and squeeze into Bishopton Primary School is complete. This will be an overwhelming experience for the children, particularly be very high number of P1s. Robertson Homes need to rectify this situation immediately and open Dargavel School in August as was contractually agreed.Edit in reply to the below- I am interested to know how you are so aware of the situation at Dargavel Primary if you are not the company responsible for it? It does not seem right or correct that you should answer on behalf on them. I do not think you would reply on their behalf, therefore the only alternative explanation would be that Robertson Construction and Robertson Homes are the same company and therefore I shall not remove my review.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!!!! We choose a Delano house in the Ness Castle development in Inverness and the sales manager Graeme has been absolutely fantastic!!!! Went well over and above his duties! Sending us photos, getting samples sorted out etc for us! First class service and a top guy all round!!!Did the handover today with him and the site manager Gary and they were both very very helpful with explaining everything and couldn't fault any of it! The finish to the house was very very good!!! A few minor snags which they are gonna put right in the coming weeks. But overall amazing!!! And would highly recommend them.

Quality isnt great, after sales care doesn't happen - Wynyard NE.

Moved into our home over a year ago. Still haven't had issues fixed even though whole streets of houses have been built and sold. Quality of finish is poor compared to other builders, almost impossible to get things fixed as they use contractors for everything and have no on site customer support. Complaining does not achieve anything, our issues are not major but being ignored is so demoralising. Worst new home experience we have had in the 5 we have bought to date.Some of our issues:- Built with missing lintels- Wall cassettes puncturing through plasterboard- Bathroom tiled with wrong tiles- Windows, scratched, chipped don't close- Front door doesn't lock - Heating wired wrong way round, upstairs was downstairs- Painting was terrible, all over tiles and woodworks- Electricals didn't work in kitchen- Back door scratched- Paint on brickworksI could go on....be careful when buying. Get a snagging company in! What is sad is that the design of the homes are great, they just don't seem to take ownership for the contractors who do all the work for them.
