Avoid! Bathroom lights gone in a year. Rusting on radiators. Poor customer service and told miss information from their team. Impossible to speak to anyone in charge to get things resolved. You have to chase them. They won’t come back to you or acknowledge emails etc.

Moved into Mascalls Grange late in December 2020 and overall a brilliant house.as you would expect some snags needed sorting and so far all have been fixed. Site manager, Rob and assistant manager, Tom have been brilliant helping with enquiries and any rectifications.
