GoogleA huge thank you to the team at Tyler Estates for being organised, professional and supportive estate agents. My partner and I are absolutely thrilled with and so in love with our new property. The experience was personal, tailored and humanistic. Once all the boxes are unpacked we will crack open the bottle of bubbly that was gifted to us from the agency upon completion. A lovely touch.

GoogleI have to give a massive shout out to Tyler estate agents. We have lived in Billericay for 45 years this will be our 4th move here. We have used the big guys and they have overpriced our properties to get our custom. Sadly that never works. Tyler’s price a property in real time and are absolutely on the ball. Support your local husband and wife team in Billericay they are spot on with the valuation and communication is first class. I speak from experience.

They continued to look after me and keep me up to date throughout the whole process. When looking for an agent to sell your property, it is not just about the selling, the after care they give is paramount to a successful sell. The card, wine and chocolates they gave me when they handed me the key were a very nice touch too! ;)
