This was my husband and I's first time buying a house, so we were naturally very nervous about the process! Especially because we've heard horror stories. Working with Tyler Estates made this process as 'easy' as it could be! Dawn was available to answer any questions I had (which were a lot) and she was there on hand for anything - even when she was on holiday! The communication and flexibility was amazing and much appreciated. We've now been in our new house for a month and we are just loving it. Looking back at the process, it really wasn't stressful mostly because of the communication received from Tyler Estates and the sellers (who were also lovely). Having Tyler Estates as our selling estate agent was fantastic from start to finish. We initially instructed another estate agent, but unfortunately they fell short when it came to communication, updates, and overall customer service. As a result, we decided to look elsewhere for an agent who could provide the level of support we were looking for. I originally purchased my property through Tyler Estates and remembered the excellent service I received at the time, so choosing them to handle the sale felt like an easy decision. After spending over a month with our previous agent, we made very little progress and failed to receive any serious offers. Within just two weeks of selling the property with Tyler Estates, we had already received two genuine offers from committed buyers. I don't believe this was a coincidence. I genuinely feel it was a direct result of their great approach, professionalism, and dedication. Tyler Estates also use an app called Street.co.uk, which was a fantastic tool throughout the process. After every viewing, we received prompt feedback and updates, and we could easily track viewing activity, buyer comments, and any offers received all in one place. I genuinely cannot recommend Tyler Estates highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Billericay, Laindon, Noak Bridge, or Steeple View areas. They are a professional, well organised company that truly puts their customers first and delivers outstanding service every step of the way.

I had some dealings with this estate agent recently and was not best pleased, I put an offer in on a property and was told it was the highest, I had to wait several days to hear if the offer was accepted due to various reasons only to then be contacted and told someone else had put a higher offer in and secured the property - I was deflated to say the least and expected that they would have at least contact me and give me an opportunity to put another offer in (if I wished to do so) - any way's I sent an Email to them stating what I have wrote here and did not even get a reply!

It took the team at Tyler estates just 5 weeks from first viewing to completion to get me in my new house, Dawn and Kate were amazing and really helped push things through quickly which was just what we needed.
