GoogleWe just completed on a property today and I can't thank Dawn at Tyler Estates enough. Even though she's on holiday she still phoned the solicitors to chase up the exchange/completion. I only needed to email her once and it got done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler Estates to anyone.

GoogleTyler Estates provided excellent service throughout our house sale. They took some great photos of the property and within a couple of weeks we had sold at the asking price. Tylers are a local company and the team are friendly and quick to deal with queries. They were also able to point us in the direction of a really good solicitor to act on our behalf.

GoogleIt has been a delight dealing with Tyler’s from the first visit to completion. They are not only highly professional and efficient but they really do give a personalised service. We were both stressed and Tyler’s really went the extra mile. They were proactive with their suggestions and recommendations. They organised house clearance, donations to charity, gas certificate and gardening. I have used estate agents to buy and sell about 12 times. I have been surprised and delighted at their 5* friendly, empathetic efficiency. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMyself and my partner have just bought our first home through Tyler estates, before getting in to it all I was dreading the stress of looking for and purchasing a property due to all the nightmare story's I had been told, however upon discovering Tyler estates and making contact about a property we was interested in it was all so stress free! They did nothing but assist with our buy excellently and so smoothly, even now after we have completed and received the keys they’re still checking in to see if they can help in anyway, brilliant company and lovely staff! Dawn handled my sale/purchase and was always ready to help me deal with any problems in a sympathetic and professional way. I felt reassured when dealing with Dawn, and her colleagues - Kate, Tricia and Jeremy - especially as I had to deal with this move on my own and with little experience of how things are done these days.

FacebookEarlier this year we sold and then rented through Tyler Estates ahead of our relocation to Wales. We have nothing but absolute praise and respect for Jeremy, Dawn, Maxine and the team for their help, support and patience. They were fair and honest with the valuation, managed the viewings with complete professionalism and, most importantly, proactively managed the chain through to completion with minimal fuss or stress. They were always available to speak when we had queries. Shortly ahead of exchange and completion they managed to find and arrange a short-term rental making what could have been a stressful process easy as possible. Over the years we have either bought or sold three times and Tyler Estates have been far the best!

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service from Tyler Estates, we had a number of viewing for different properties and all their sales staff were knowledgeable about the area and properties on all of our appointments. Once we'd offerred Dawn kept us very much in the loop throughout our purchase and was able to answer so many of our questions on the phone to us, we never had a problem getting through or waiting for a while.

GoogleAs a tennant: We were moving down from Birmingham and came down for the weekend to look around various houses. There was a property with Tyler’s which had just gone up which we were keen to see, they managed to fit us in really quickly as we had to head back home. We had never rented before so didn’t have a clue what we were doing but they guys explained everything to us and got everything moving quickly and kept us up to date during the whole process 1 year on and it’s still great service, they are very quick to respond to questions and sort things out if needed. Also nice that they remember you and say hi in the street, a real personal touch! Will certainly like to stay with Tyler’s for our duration at our current house and if we ever have to move

GoogleIt's not often you speak highly of estate agents but Tyler estates isn't like the rest. From the beginning they was straight and honest with us and handled the buying of our new home and selling of our old home fantastically. Never struggled to get hold of them and was always patient and attentitive with our many questions. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them and when we sell in the future they'll be the first to know.
