Being a first time buyer I find the entire process of buying a flat fairly stressful but the guys at Douglas Allen have been absolutely amazing! Anthony , Danny and the entire team have been so helpful along the way. They were very patient with me when I had a million questions at the start and offered plenty of good advice and tips. They were super quick getting back to me and even helped sorting any pending queries with the current owner. I felt like they were really professional and on top of it without making me feel like I am being pushed into a sale like some other companies do.
