We had a great experience as a seller using Douglas Allen in Billericay and would choose them again if we were ever selling a home in the area. After the first sale fell through, Oscar more than earned his commission with the number of viewings he conducted on our behalf. He was informative, friendly and polite without being pushy. He remembered all of the points we wanted him to touch on about our property and had a really easy and charming manner with the viewers. Estate agents have quite a bad reputation, some of the deservedly so! But Oscar, Brad, Katie, and Ryan have very much changed our perception of agents in general and it was a pleasure dealing with them. If you are selling a property in the Billericay area call Douglas Allen and ask for Oscar!

I spoke to Anthony from the Billericay office regarding buying my first property with my wife. He gave me all the information I needed. He booked me into speak to Morgan the mortgage advisor to help me look at my finances. Morgan has worked very hard to help us find the best deal on the market. Although I haven't bought or sold through Douglas Allen I cannot speak highly enough about Oscar Garcia. I have been looking since the beginning of the year and Oscar has called me for updates periodically to see how I am getting on and also to tell me about possible houses that Douglas Allen have on the market. What makes him one step above every other agent who has called me is that he has listened to what I said I wanted from my new house and where I want to live. Other agents have called me numerous times and not considered my wish list at all despite me outlining it clearly. Well done Oscar, keep up the good work!

Positive Experience - Outstanding Sales Progressor

I bought with them and have now sold with them 4 years later and Natasha has been incredible. She’s kept me sane through my stressful moments and has been on the ball throughout! I’m not sure I’d have got through it without her and she is an absolute asset and Douglas Allen are very lucky to have her on their team! Thank you to Aseena, Caroline & Morgan for all their help in finding me my first home, from start to finish they’ve been so supportive and very informative and experienced. Even after speaking to Morgan the financial guy I’ve realised not all mortgage advisors are the same so I’d definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. He also kept me informed what was coming to the market and I was even able to view & offer on a property before it went on Rightmove after struggling to find for 3 months. We came to Douglas Allen looking for advice about a valuation on our house with the view to re- mortgage. Anthony was our first point of contact and offered advice on how we should proceed. He was really approachable and did not overwhelm us with information. Anthony introduced us to Samuel, the mortgage adviser on site. Again, we felt at ease and were given relevant advice and support as we proceeded with our remortgage application. Samuel has made himself available to us when we have needed information or have had any concerns and we are delighted to have received our remortgage . My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Danny Lonergan whilst viewing our new home to be, a third time. Entirely incompetent and undeserving of even one star. Poorly informed agents who could be heard on ring cam providing inaccurate information about our property (eg. It doesn’t have a garden despite being next to our garden mentioned and photographed on rightmove listing). We formally came off the market with them in March and yet despite multiple phone calls and email reminding are still being shown as an active listing on rightmove, which is now preventing us going back on the market with an agency capable of selling our property. Selling a place is never easy but with Douglas Allen they appear to be making it intentionally difficult.

less than 1 star if possible!! very irresponsible on when tenant is checking out They say flatfair deposit scheme is so great but i have lost out on my early termination fees purly due to their negligence and when i emailed gave me a long list of excuses. think twice before lettings with them !
