GoogleI am wrting a super positive review on dealings with the Billericay office of Connels, in particular working with Lisa Steer who has gone above and beyond her role in helping with paperwork and solicitors. We could not have carried the purchase through without her help as solictors were taken a huge amount of time in processing information etc. Lisa you are a star and cant thank you enough for your hard work and patience in getting the purchase completed. GoogleMyself and my partner have had a great experience buying our first home through Connells. We viewed the property twice, once with Lewis and once with Ellis and both were very helpful. We have also had a lot of contact with Christine throughout the process who has been great and has chased up solicitors for us and kept us updated. I would also recommend Roland Ganynor for mortgage services as he very quickly helped us secure a mortgage. Overall we are very happy with the service received from all members of the team.

GoogleLewis Kirk has been an absolute superstar, he has been so kind, reassuring and such a bubbly person through the whole process, the best key contact you would wish to have when buying your first home! GoogleThe team at Connells Billericay are fantastic. They are always there when you need them and are happy to help you should you need somebody to chase up the chain or to give you advice where you are unclear. In particular, Christine and Lewis were incredible throughout the whole process and helped me every step of the way no matter what. I can easily say that, as a buyer, I could not have been in safer hands.

Christine and Lewis have been a great help in that process, keeping us informed, offering sound advice and constructive assistance throughout. The property was marketed and managed very effectively. This has been greatly appreciated, so many thanks to them and their colleagues.

GoogleDO NOT USE CONNELLS! Process started off ok but as time went on they kept letting us down and disappointing us. They couldn't get our property listed correctly on Rightmove, we had to do majority of the viewings, they couldn't do any negotiations on our behalf, communication was poor with both us and our buyer, we were given incorrect information, and when we raised these points with the branch Manager and Area Director they didn't seem bothered that they had unhappy clients. Do not use Connells, they have no duty of care!

GoogleHad offer accepted on property with them but they wouldn't remove the property or set it as SOLD STC online. I asked 3 times via email and was just ignored. And once on a call and with a umm and hesitation "ok leave it with me" and then stayed on. Seller.said he doesn't know why it is still showing and asked for it to be removed. Still stayed online as for sale. Workmate rang to make a viewing and they said they will arrange with seller, and never called him back. It only came off after 4 months when the seller had to take it off the market due to not being able to move on to another property.

GoogleHaving only purchased a property I was totally unaware of the sales process, but from start to finish the staff at Connells Billericay helped and guided me through, despite some challenges. I can honestly say hands down the best customer service I've experienced, friendly, polite, honest staff, nothing was ever too much and they all went out of their way to help. Amazing! GoogleI do not work for Connells and can only present my experience with the company to date. They are very professional, responsive and enthusiastic! They've helped both my parents and sister with great outcomes for both! They have also been instrumental in our house sale- I've left 1 star off as we haven't yet completed! Once the process is finalised I'll return to give them their well deserved full 5 stars! I wonder if the person who left that negative review is a competitor? I would recommend them as one of the top tier estate agents in Billericay.
