Olivia was very professional and lovely to work with - she pushed hard to get my sale finalised before Christmas and I am very grateful to her for that. Our agent was Lisa Steer and although there were several hiccups from the buyers solicitors, Lisa was always very friendly and helpful and kept us informed of proceedings as things progressed. GoogleRoland is a financial wizard! He is a real gentleman, professional and respectful, has always done the best by me for over 10 years and has never let me down whilst arranging my mortgages for me. Christine is also amazing. When I was a first time buyer over 10 years ago now, she was the only estate agent I found that was honest and trustworthy. I can't thank her enough for her advise as a vulnerable first time buyer. She noticed I was being poorly advised by another company and put me in touch with Roland. Between her and Roland they saved me thousands by finding me a much better mortgage with a much lower interest rate. Roland basically does his job well and genuinely does care for his customers, it's not that easy to find nowadays sadly. I can't recommend connells Billericay enough based on over 10 years of never letting me down.
