I recently arranged to have the tenants deposit protected personally as the landlord, after Beresfords introduced an annual charge, which I was not happy about. Alice Norkett dealt with it and was so patient and understanding as I didn't know the procedure, that the bad feeling I was having towards Beresfords soon subsided. Thankyou Alice for all your help.

Terrible service as letting agents. Not helpful at all. Was messed around a lot when trusting them. Tricked into leasing another year and misinformed when landlord was selling. Told to leave heating on all day and night to get rid of metres of mould after two weeks of moving in. Ridiculous. Would arrange viewings without our acknowledgment I feel as if my good nature was taken advantage of.
