GoogleI am really disappointed in this agency I understand they are probably busy etc however I’ve been waiting for them to call me for a property nearly two weeks they took our personal details and haven’t called me back ever since even though they promised! That’s not professional at all ! Very disappointing!

Hi Sisi, thanks for taking the time to send in a review. The property you enquired on via Rightmove was advertised as being available from 18th July, so was never ready for quick viewings or early occupancy. When we followed up with you to start booking in viewings, you informed us that the property never met with your timescales, as you needed to move into a property much earlier. We are somewhat confused as to why you enquired about the flat in the first instance, as it clearly stated the earliest move in date on the listing? We wish you well with your rental property.
