We had an excellent experience with purchasing a home through Ashton White. We worked closely with Gemma who made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. She was very involved in the entire process and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. As a couple we would highly recommend Ashton White Estate agents and are looking forward to hopefully purchasing another home through them in the future

We used Ashton White for our North Billericay sale in July 2024 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very highly. Our main contact was Chris White backed up by Mark, Martin and Laura. The whole team are professional, responsive, friendly and highly experienced in the industry. They supported us all the way through what became a long and protracted process given an initially stagnant market and ultimately a chain of 6 to manage to completion. Thank you to all the team. 5 stars all round!

Me and my wife would like to thank the whole team in helping us to sell our property. We've had a rollercoaster of a journey and despite all this Ashton & White have supported us throughout the entire process. Again thank you all for your hard work and creativity to help us make a positive change in our lives. Highly recommend Ashton & White for dedication for looking after their client, providing the best advice, while keeping realistic.

Ashton White recently sold my house and I can honestly say it was stress free thanks to them. They were brilliant from start to finish. Each time I called everyone in the office knew the details of the sale and could answer any questions I had immediately. They gave a very professional, but also a personal service throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you everyone at Ashton White (Billericay) for being our selling agents. You did what others couldn't. We tried quite a few agencies for quite sometime before we finally decided to give it a last try with Ashton White. They were soo quick in finding buyers and negotiating the best price for us (and the price that our lovely flat deserved). Thank you all. You are amazing.

She was so good at keeping on top of things, keeping the ball rolling and making sure we were happy with everything that was happening. I honestly cannot thank her enough! Couldn’t have done it without her!
