GoogleReally good service from Irma. Was great with communication the entire time. Explained everything clearly and she always got back to us quickly which was appreciated. Even though lots of companies had poor service through lockdown Irma if anything was even more on the ball! We would definitely use them again.

GoogleI let my property for around 4 years, and then ultimately sold it, both through Country Properties. Irma, Sophie, Stepfanie, Ashley, Lora and all the team were a pleasure to deal with. No hassles and all enquiries were dealt with in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. I’d have no hesitations in recommending CP.

GoogleIt was a move that was made easy by Irma Bucci and her friendly staff who all went out of their way to make the move a success in what was a very difficult and trying situation. Customer Service was excellent with constant updates on progress. I highly recommend this Estate Agency.

GoogleI used Country Properties to deal with my elderly mothers sale, as she needed to move due to ill health. We had 5 agents call to value the property, and although all but one seemed good, my mother and myself, felt that Kim stood out, and the sale was placed with them. We have been kept informed throughout all stages of the viewings, and eventual sale, right up to, and including the completion today. I have dealt mainly with Lorraine Barnett, who has been great throughout, and would highly recommend their services .

GoogleUnder no circumstances would I ever use this agent again they are extremely rude & incompetent. After completion of my house purchase they did not have the keys available for me to access the property. In fact once the sale had been agreed they really did not want to do anything to help. After complaining about having no access I was verbally abused by several members of the staff that worked their the worst abuse by Susan Singleton who was shouting in my face & also gave me the finger as I walk out. Use this agent at your own risk !!!
