After buying our property through Connells Bicester eight years ago, we recently decided to put it back on the market with them. The sales team were absolutely excellent throughout, proactive, professional and always great at communicating. Daniella, who helped us sell our previous house and buy our current one eight years ago, was brilliant once again, as were Lydia and the whole sales team. I genuinely couldn't fault them. Unfortunately, the offer we received wasn't quite what we were looking for, largely due to the current market conditions, which are obviously beyond the control of Connells Bicester. We therefore decided to rent the property out instead and chose to use Connells for the letting as well. The lettings team have been every bit as good as the sales team. Jasmine has been extremely thorough, explaining the whole letting process clearly and always being available to answer my many questions. A special mention also has to go to Chloe, who worked incredibly hard to find us a quality tenant before we relocated. We were working to a fairly tight timescale, and she really pulled it out of the bag for us. Overall, I have been extremely happy with our experience with Connells Bicester, both on the sales and lettings sides of the business. After dealing with them both when we bought the property eight years ago and again now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to anyone looking to buy, sell or let a property in the area.

Connells has given the best and most effective service to sell our house after 9.5 years. We switched from another estate agent that struggled and ignored us but not Connells in Bicester. In particular Kevin the manager took his time to understand our goals and provided us with the premium marketing which included a virtual walk through of our property like Google streets inside our house. The rest of the team including Lydia Polly and Chelsea always provided us with wonderful service during the house viewings and we finally sold after only 2 months on the market. I highly recommend connells and thank them sincerely. Now our new life begins in a sunnier place.

We were struggling to sell our home which was on the market for months before we moved to Connells in Bicester. I had given up hope somewhat and gave them a short window to get it sold before we withdrew from the market and they immediately had a string of very positive viewings and found us a buyer very quickly. The whole team were fantastic, friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Polly who I spoke to a number of times and they conducted some viewings with our buyers. Kevin also performed a number of heroics in chasing the rest of the chain to keep things moving forward and was always extremely responsive and willing to help, even making calls for us on his days off which was above and beyond. We had some trouble with another letting agency which really put us off the property we were considering. As soon as we started dealing with Connells we could tell it was much better customer service. Jasmine and Chloe have been great at keeping in touch and keeping you informed of the process. Our experience with Lydia was honestly amazing. Buying a home as a couple is such a big milestone, and you really want someone in your corner, and that’s exactly what she was. I made contact with Liam Kerr from Connells as my previous agent could not sell my house and he made assurances that he and the team would be able to get us sold, and could do so quickly.
