GoogleOver two years of working with Alexander & Co now as a Plumbing & Heating contractor. Still enjoy it as much as i did the day i started with them. Property Manager Madaline Peris makes life easy for us with her knowledge and experience. Always very helpful and always smiling. Great team at the Bicester branch.

GoogleLoathed to even give one star, wish there were minus stars to select. Obviously over inflated fees ahead of the change in the law. Very rude or at best abrupt staff when any disagreement happens. If you must deal with them get everything in writing as verbal agreements may later be denied. Plenty of other letting agents in Bicester to use.

GoogleI've been in touch with Madaline while looking for rental properties. She's very helpful and knowledgeable about what I could find in the area to suit my budget. I wish all lettings agents were as friendly and helpful as she is. I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet but I'm happy to continue working with Madaline until I do!

Even though Lara doesn't manage our property, she is always more than happy to help with any query and goes above and beyond to ensure our happiness! Would definitely go through Lara for our next place! 😊
