GoogleWaited all of Thursday for a 'property manager' to call me back- they didn't. Rang first thing the following morning got told the same thing and of course no one bothered to call me back regarding my issue. Unfortunately I'm not prepared to waste any more of time chasing these people who are clearly VERY busy... Not very professional or helpful and this is the second occasion in 12 months 'someone will call you back today' and they have not. Pointless company.

GoogleI am a Landlord and can not fault Bannisters. I base my opinion on the fact that I have previously used 3 other Oxfordshire and national estate agents, all of these other agents performed worse than Bannisters. I find the staff I am dealing with in the office are: Friendly Efficient Helpful Knowledgeable Honest The communications with the office staff is very good. The company offers a personal service, where they know you, your properties and your tenants. I recently had some challenges with a tenant and Bannisters Letting manager handled this very effectively, professionally (to both parties) and objective. I am in the process of moving all my rental properties to Bannisters.

GoogleWe have used Alexander and Co as both a management service and as an estate agent for selling our properties and we could not be happier with their level of service and their professionalism. Kaiden in particular did a wonderful job marketing and dealing with the sales.
