GoogleWe are not happy with the service of this agency. If you need to ask for something, you need to wait for a long time for it and remind them all the time too. You feel ignored from the agency staff. For example, we needed a second door key and we got it after one mouth after request. To get a reference we waited for two weeks. Very bad communication

Worst estate agents I have ever used. We went into the shop to look at buying a property they said they could also sell ours to which we was reluctant to pay extortionate fees. They said they could match the online fees of other companies like purple bricks etc. We decided to go with them worst mistake ever as no one was turning up then when we was told people were on route there was excuse after excuse. We also purchased a property through them and was happy with that. We told them we would stay with them for the sale as this offer had already been excepted. They tried threatening me with we don’t have to legally give your money back but reluctantly returned it. We had not heard from the sellers for a while so decided to give them a knock to see what was going on. We was gobsmacked to hear they had had lots more viewings and had excepted another offer. Biggist crooks out there will never use them. said we wont get the price we asked for it actually sold for £20000 more than asking.

Terrible service we decided to try and sell our property with them we were told we had at least 10 people turning up on our first open day of which only 3 arrived. Then they had booked multiple viewings on different occasions of which no one turned up. We also purchased a property through them and the sale was agreed on an STC but when we asked them if we could have our money back for the sale of our property they told us legally we was not able to even though they had messed us around but eventually gave in. In this time we still stayed with the purchase as we was really happy with the house we had bought through them but not realising they had actually put it back on the market without our concent and had sold it to someone else. I would never use the services again

GoogleThe lettings department are terrible they never answer calls, emails etc. if ylu rent from them I suspect they will not help you if you are the tenant!

Found a lovely flat to rent through this estate agents and made an appointment to view on the following Saturday at 4.30pm. They said they would text a confirmation on the Saturday morning with the flat number and who I would meet with.I didn't receive a text so called the office and they seemed clueless of an appointment ever being made. However they said they would talk to the landlord and call me back for an appointment to view.Never called me back so 2 hours later I called them, got quite an angry response of "we'll call you when the landlord is in contact". Obviously never received a call, following Monday morning the property had a note on saying it had a deposit taken on it.If they had just told me this was the case, it could of stopped a lot of running around from me.I avoid calling this company now, no matter how nice the property.

This estate agency are literally a complete waste of time. Pushed from pillar to post and never returning any of my calls. They don't even bother to turn up to viewings when previously booked and I had to conduct them myself. Stay way clear of these cowboys. They just don't seem to know what they are doing
