Amazing customer service!!!

Me and my husband are just days away from completing on our new home. It hasn't been the easiest or smoothest process for us and its taken a lot longer than we first thought, but despite the hurdles we faced in other areas of the buying/selling process, we can't begin to thank Grace from the herne bay branch enough. She has been amazing, answering every query, chasing solicitors constantly for us, keeping us in the loop with everything and overall just making the process that little bit less stressful. The whole team who we had any involvement with from wards herne bay have been brilliant! THANK YOU!!!!

Chatham Branch - Oustanding service

What can we say, from the very first meeting completing the valuation, through the viewings and getting an offer Ash, Prince, Tash and the team at the Chatham branch have been outstanding.The chain on our house sale hasn't been the easiest, to say the least, but through Ashley's and the teams above and beyond approach to chasing everyone and more importantly keeping us informed as best as possible. While this process has been stressful, we feel that it could easily have been 1000 times worse or even a chain collapse.So a massive thank you to everyone there and we suppose the best endorsement anyone could give on this kind of service is would we use them again when we move YES without a second thought.

Recently i had a great oportunity to come across Terri and Shumila at the "Wards - New Ash Green" branch in terms of buying a property. I should admit that they are one of the best agents i have come across. Honestly it was an amazing experience and i would highly recommend them. I was much amazed with the amount of extended support at all times through this clear but lengthy process at each step. The amount of information from Terri and her team was so crisp, precise, meticulous and ensuring alignment to detailed process with relevant updates all through the process. The service from all the staff was excellent and always proactive in ensuring things move in the right direction updating with progress as relevant. More specifically for Terri & Shumila i will certainly give them more than 5 stars plus plus. Thanks for striving your best at all times to make the buying process a pleasant journey.

I’ve recently moved into a property…

I’ve recently moved into a property through Wards and can honestly say the whole process was amazing. This was most in part to Josie Sampson who was our agent looking after us. Josie’s customer care/service was excellent and the professionalism was second to none. Josie made the whole process from start to finish stress free and kept us informed during the whole process. I highly recommend Wards and especially Josie who was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help with all our needs.

Abbie from wards at strood has been brilliant….

Great experience using wards strood branch Abbie has been brilliant she has shown us a lot of different houses and been extremely helpful and has a lot of knowledge about the whole process.My wife and i told her what sort of home we was looking for and her recommendations were first class .The whole team at strood wards have been great and have now found us our forever home and we couldn’t be happier.Not to mention they sold our house in 1 day.Been a pleasure to deal with and i have called them a lot and there always great.would recommend all of them but Abbie has been fantastic.many thanks dave and joanna.

Thoroughly recommend Wards and Kim Batchelor

I can’t recommend and thank Kim Batchelor and the rest of the team for their professionalism throughout our house sale. We sold our house during the first lockdown and out of the 6 properties in the chain the only person that did any work to get the chain progressed was Kim, she worked tirelessly to get our property sold. Had it not of been for Kim the chain would have collapsed and we would have lost our forever house.

Very happy with the service Robert Sayers has provided so far. As a Property Manager we rely on agents to market and let our properties for us with no hassle and Robert has made it so easy for us. Excellent Service from Wards

Jason Pyle (Branch Partner, Rochester) was very helpful and professional in finding us the right property, he kept us up to date and was always happy to arrange viewing times to suit us. Once our offer was accepted Judy Day (Sales Progressor) took over and she was always available to contact and always made sure to phone both solicitors then me back when required. She was very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Without Judy I am sure the whole process would have taken much longer. I cannot thank Jason and Judy enough for all the help they gave us, they went above and beyond.

Really impressed

I had the property on the market with a well known online agent, accepted offer but the sale fell through went back on the market and accepted another offer which also fell through due to chain issues and decided to have a break on the house search. A few month past and I viewed another property listed with Wards and met Imarna I explained my situation with my current property as wanted to find our onward purchase before marketing the property again not to have to go through the process again for there to be issues. Part of the reasons for the sale falling through I believe was no sales progression from the online agents so I said I was open to letting another agent market the property, Imarna said that they had recently sold a property for over the asking price and they was looking for a property like mine and thought they could achieve a price higher than the asking price, I thought they is no harm in letting them have a go at marketing it if they can achieve more for the property to cover the additional fees. Laura come to my house and I agreed to give Wards the listing and one viewing to take place at the weekend. After the viewing we received an offer above asking price which we accepted and I cannot fault the service and how responsive and easy it has been with Wards in comparison with the online agent. I knew the house would sell no matter what agent it was with so went cheap and got cheap service, I just wish I had gone with Wards straight away and maybe wouldn’t of wasted thousands on fees. Every communication I have had with Laura and Imarna has been a pleasure and really felt looked after and cared for.

ALL ESTATE AGENTS ARE NOT THE SAME!!!

I originally had my property on the market with Purplebricks who I’ve had good experience with but this time I just didn’t entice the offers I was expecting. I then had the misfortune of trying Mann in ashford who were completely rubbish! Step in Charlotte who kept tabs on my property explaining the service Ward could offer. Her persistence paid off and I was persuaded to give Ward a try but only after meeting with head of sales Tom. Tom is an estate agent professional at the top of his game and will surely rise to CEO. Everything Tom said happened to plan like clockwork. He got the price right the strategy right the marketing right. The team at Wards Ashford are the very best in Kent and Julia should be very proud of her team! They even paid my Purplebricks fee out of the commission. I cannot stress just how brilliant this experience has been. I sincerely wish Ward Ashford all the best!

As a first time buyer, I firstly enquired at wards in Barnhurst, although we did not purchase through wards, Becky was absolutely amazing by giving us simple explanations and step by step advise about how purchasing a property works, what comes with it, from the first little steps all the way to last. I believe it’s very important to understand the whole process of purchasing and Becky could not of explained the whole process in an easier way in which made every term very simple and understandable, I would 100% highly recommend them.
