We are sorry you feel the need to provide a 1 star review .We have searched our communication in relation to the management of your development and can see only one piece of communication , regarding a meeting held by the freehold company. Decisions voted upon here are not within the control of Jennings and Barrett. It is disappointing that leaseholders do not understand the responsibilities of the managing agent and choose not to raise any concerns directly with us, instead posting reviews which are not representative of the service we provide . Please contact the office and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
