GoogleAvoid if you can, as a Tenant everything was ok until I tried to get my deposit back after the tenancy agreement ended. The flat was left very clean and not problems on the check out. Then they asked me an invoice of a professional cleaner that was not on the contract, they wanted to take money from my deposit for not reason. I asked many times for them to explain the problem so I could solve it. But they never did because there was no problem, they just wanted to try to take my deposit for not reason what I find dishonest and unlawful. Luckily, I know my rights and after a couple of letters they had to return the money but it was a waste of time. I think this dishonest company always try to take money from your deposit and if you let them, they will take it all.

Hi Charlotte, We apologise for the experience you've had but we work on behalf of the landlord. We have to take the landlords legal instructions with regards to the return of deposits. We ensured that you were aware of how to raise a dispute. This process is carried out by an independent body and they make a ruling that we must follow. All the best Jennings & Barrett

GoogleJennings & Barrett look after a couple of properties for me. I get regular updates on issues that arise and the actions that have been taken. At all times the staff act in a professional and knowledgeable way and nothing seems to be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them to manage a property portfolio.
