I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

Hunters Liverpool - Quite possibly the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only did their incompetence cost myself and my girlfriend the sale of our flat, but they took zero responsibility for their actions. Not proactive in working to on your behalf, lazy and rude. Please do not use them.

We had a terrible experience with the office manager in their Fishponds, Bristol branch "Mark ????" - lied through his Teeth and tried to get us to pay for damage he'd caused to our property - avoid like the plague (if he's still there)

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

They drop your house price without asking, they get your house details wrong and refuse to change them, they made us do all the viewings ourselves, then they won’t let you leave after the contract has ended, only way to get any response is to comment on Instagram, the manager is rude and will lie to your face about the contract details and won’t take any responsibility for her actions

I found Admir based at the Bradford branch to be friendly and professional, yet willing to help. I phoned and spoke to him at the branch on a Friday and by the Saturday he had responded to my request in person. That for me is a dedicated person who sees the value in good customer care and relationship building. I would consider using Hunters again for my future estate agent needs.

GoogleOur experience with Hunters has been excellent. They gave a realistic valuation and managed the viewings without fuss. We were very impressed by the way they were upfront with the prospective purchasers and made sure they did not have unrealistic expectations about speed, price etc. They were supportive when choosing the best offer to accept and have been professional and approachable throughout.

I have been meaning to write this review for months, which shows how bad our experience was. I had to deal with the Bedminster, Bristol, branch. I found the team to be exceptionally rude, patronising and dismissive. You should always treat people with respect, but at Hunters that doesn’t interest them. Do not trust the obvious fake reviews on google. These guys are awful. Avoid at all costs.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.

We had an unpleasant experience with our local Hunters and now these pests from head office are repeatedly sending us letters urging us to let them take care of our unsold property. We wouldn't use them if they were the last estate agent in the country.

Awful communication. Don’t care about buyers, customer service or doing the right thing! @kevinholinrake and @johnwaterhouse what a shame what your staffs lack of care, basic humanity and customer service has turned your business into! You should be ashamed of how they treat potential purchasers.
