Honestly the worst Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I waited over 4 weeks for my keys after signing my contract, only to tell me the house isn't available, leaving me homeless. Poor communication skills. Had to move in with my family. Avoid, avoid, avoid. You'll end up wasting time and money dealing with these guys.

Had a bad experience with Hunters Liverpool. I rented a first floor flat in a 5 story house (with 1 flat on each floor). The landlord put the basement flat on booking.com for which we had to call the police in the middle of the night on various occasions (including girls being assaulted) leaving tenants in other 4 flats feeling unsafe. Hunters insisted that they couldn’t do anything to ask the landlord to rent this out more safely to enable tenants in other 4 flats who all rented through them to feel secure (our 75 yo neighbour used to walk around the city overnight when large parties stayed as he felt safer doing this than staying in the property). This led to all 4 of us eventually having to move flats (including the elderly neighbour who had lived there for 25 years). Would avoid Hunters in future and would advise others to do so.

My friend partner got robbed by this company man called Matthew said in words that youve been accepted for a property asked for £160 for an holders fee which she payed made out that the house is getting done up for her house be read middle of January phoned her a week later said she not getting property because ccj and you can't have your money back because it pays for the ccj how can you ask for weeks rent for an holding fee too take the house off the list he made out at start she got the house and it be ready middle January and to say ur not paying the lady back the holding fee back i am discusted at this place right before Christmas horrible people and customer service with the crisis were all in now too

To say these are amateurs at property management is a complement. Useless in every-way. They lost important legal paperwork for my property as management agents, and then tried to blank me when I needed them most, resulting in significant financial loss to me the landlord. Do not use this bunch of cowboys as management agents!! I moved my property to another Manchester agent, best thing I did.

I have to say wow I have been a landlord of hunters little sutton for over four years and they manage several properties for me. They have just found me a tenant in record time as one of my tenants is moving out. We'll done Gary, Lynn and Lauren who have been amazing in keeping me up dated every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble

We had problems with our initial Estate Agent who had no motivation. We were proactively approached by a Hunters agent in person and we took a chanceWithin a few days we had viewings and an acceptable offer but due to the tardiness of the first Estate agent and the tie in to their cancellation policy we lost the house we had made an offer on. We had to take our house off the market which was also due to financial restraints.Hunters very understanding. So impressed how hard they worked for us. Notably Stephen their negotiator who worked so hard. Credit to Teddy on the initiative to introduce us. Definitely would use them again

I viewed a house and was waiting to hear back. Called three days later and was told they would get back to me. No call. Then another three days later looked on Rightmove to see the house had been Let. No communication whatsoever. Called them twice to find out what was happening to be told I’d be called back!! They didn’t even have the decency to actually call me and sent an email. No consideration at all. Only gave one star because I had too!!!

Our experience with Hunters was poor. We were dealing with the team in Manchester City Centre (Deansgate). From the get go the experience with this agency was awful.The first agent we spoke to was rude and impolite, as first time renters in Manchester we needed that extra bit of support but this was far from what we received. After moving into our property the problems continued. We would email to no reply or to a reply coming in the 2 weeks after the initial email. This went on throughout out tenancy. The bit that tipped us over the edge was when we were preparing to move out. The flat was in great condition from us, just the normal no investment from the landlord. We had a problem with a window handle which we reported in June and still wasn't sorted when we moved out at the end of August. As this was something that I had called about many times I was 'shocked' to see that this was going to be taken from our deposit even though we were told it wouldn't be sorted until after we left. Once we were told that we would receive all our deposit back it then took them a month to send it back to us, giving us excuses every time on why it wasn't ready yet. They also promised to go into the flat for final inspection the following two days after we handed the keys back, they went in a week and a half later. This, of course, meant that the flat had *some* dust and added another week onto the time we were waiting for our deposit. All in all I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company unless you want to deal with rudeness, incompetence and like being ignored.

I would not recommend this agency if you want to sale your property.Didn't return my calls, after 2 days of trying someone did speak to me to advise the property was under off, when i saw the same property still being advertised I sent an email asking if the property was still under off, NO response, rude, or unprofessional.I would have given zero stars if I could.

Brilliant amazing journey with hunters trying to sell my property since 2019 was difficult due to covid then it was cash buy only property which was not easy to sale try 3 other estate agents which i was very disappointed with and were not able to go no where.happily recommend hunters FAZ JABJEET AND MIN. Were so helpful all through the process and answered all the questions i have. A big bundle of thanks to you guys from bottom of heart ♥️ honestly can’t thanks enough for all your support and effort. If i could give these f*cks Zero stars, I would. Absolute joke these lot are. Desperate for a house for over last 12 months.. Found these, Told us we had a house. Were top of list. Dragged us along for month and half saying everythings in order. Only to call us out the blue saying we didn't have it. Putting us down for other viewings for us to turn up and tell us were not booked in for viewings. Couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery.Good luck to anyone else risking it by using these.

What a brilliant service we had from Hunters in Sedgley..From the start of advertising our house to pictures taken to viewings went so well and remarkably fast and our house was sold within a week.All staff at Hunters were so pleasant, helpful and very professional having this being the first time on selling our property couldn't have asked for a better service. Keep up the good work, I would reccommend Hunters to family and friends.Well worth the 5 star review.

I went to a viewing today at a flat on Chester Road in Castle Bromwich and was appalled how unprofessional it was conducted. I was offered the appointment yesterday for today at 11am. I explained I was on nights and would prefer a later viewing. I was told the landlord said 11:00 was the only time available. On arrival there were already a couple there and a couple leaving the viewing. Myself and the couple arrived and was rushed round the property. Not even reaching the stairs and another couple was also crammed into the viewings. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn’t take the property now purely because the company isn’t managed properly. Big fail.

I had a viewing booked for 5.10pm. Me and my partner arrived at 5:00 just to make sure we was there on time. We waited until about 5.30pm to finally accept that we had been forgotten about or completely disregarded. We didn’t even receive a phone call to say they couldn’t make it.To be honest I think it’s a very poor way to treat people when me and my partner have had to mess with our work schedule to make sure we could get there on time and be completely stood up. I deal with customers day in, day out as a career. I know how to treat people with respect and this is definitely not the way to do so. I guess it was just a blessing in disguise that nobody showed up for our viewing.

I'd be wary of using these, extremely unprofessional and it comes from how it's run. Sarah, the manager overvalued my property by 50k so I'd chose them, she wss very convincing and unfortunately wasted my time and effort. Absolute s*** show, they have lost me so much time, effort and money. Not to mention them slagging my house off to viewers and caught doing so on my ring door bell. The only one in there who showed any professionalism was Teddie. Unless you use him give them a very wide berth.They dont deserve 1 star

Very unprofessional. The Estate Agent came across as very leery. Which for a women on her own is very concerning. What they don't tell you is that if you withdraw the property for any reason they will charge you withdrawal fee! They should be upfront about this! Not sneaky! Unprofessional would avoid!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Any potential landlords don’t use Hunters. The tenants they get are the worst (drug users, harassing and intimidation). Do Hunters do anything? No. They allow these tenants to blight a good and decent community. They are the scum of the earth (both Hunters Hollinwood and head office in York). Gareth Williams who the current CEO is a disgrace. By the way they also allow the property to become unkempt and dirty. As long as the money rolls in. Also some staff have sensory issues with smell. Everyone and their dog could smell cannabis yet strangely the woman who looked after the property as the tenant is confrontational and would only deal with and obviously she gave him all his own way couldn’t smell it. **PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

We used our local Hunters in Dursley. Katrina and Richard could have not been more helpful and supportive throughout the selling process. We had a lot of trouble with our solicitor but Katrina held our hand throughout and really put in a lot of work to help get our sale over the line. We are extremely grateful to her as she made a very stressful process so much more manageable. We would highly recommend Hunters, Dursley.

This approach, alongside the wealth of data supplied, got Hunters the job over other agents. Unfortunately this initial attentiveness did not last. When I really needed the team to help push for exchange and completion, I found staff members significantly hands off, which is in direct contrast to the reviews I read about the agent on an independent review website before signing up. For this reason, I would not use this agent in future, or recommend them. Having said this, the brochure and photos were great, and I personally appreciated the communication around viewings.

I have been a tenant for over three years following a separation. Prior to this I have always had my own house. I work full time, always paid my rent on time and also carried out repairs ( with the landlords permission) . When I did need to contact Hunters it has usually been a difficult and unpleasant experience. The deansgate office staff I have spoken and liaised with have been very unprofessional, they are indecisive, often changing their position and being threatening.They are generally quite rude and un necessarily demanding and threatening Whilst I do recognise they may have some difficult tenants they cannot treat everyone the same. I have paid over £30 k in rent and only moving because of the rediculous rent hike of £100 per month and the way they communicate.I do hope landlords read this. I recommend that you use another agent. Reading the reviews here show that overall they are very poor.
