GoogleVery bad service from sale and directors support them with excuse of staff sickness when brought to their attention. Sales are very targeted with the selection of potential buyers with no access to people like me. Worked with other agents but never experienced. infact I recommend my friend few years back to these people not this sort of culture then... .

We were surprised to read this review, after having already provided an explanation for why we were unable to book a viewing for one property (already resold before he requested the viewing) and that an offer had been received for a second property. We did experience severe staffing difficulties, owing to sickness, over the Christmas and New Year period , but the fact that we have so many 5 star reviews should demonstrate that our company always aims to provide a 5 star service to everyone.

Tom has also been great at keeping in touch and recommending properties to us. He is very knowledgeable and always able to provide sound advice.

I asked Tom from Drewery to revalue the property for possibly moving, Tom completed a thorough examination of the property and afterwards he gave us the new valuation and the reason why he would, market it at this price.
