I cannot fault the service I have received from David and Beth at Drewerys. They have held my hand the whole way through the process of ending a tenancy and finding suitable new tenants in a very short space of time. There were no delays in getting my flat onto the market. David came and took photos as soon as the flat was ready and had it on the market that evening. Three days later we had prospective tenants and the whole process of credit checks, references etc was smoothly dealt with on my behalf. Throughout the process, responses to emails were so quick, advice was invaluable and any additional requests I had were never too much trouble. I have been using Drewerys for nearly ten years now and will continue to do so. Their service and expertise is exceptional.

I first contacted Tom, then I also have Nick, Janis and Erica helping me in getting through the sale process of my property which is not easy for me as I sometimes live abroad . They are all very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I can also go to their office anytime (office hours) if needed. They even offer me free visit to my property weekly while I am not in UK which is really a great help to me and I really appreciate it very much. Any problems I can ask for their professional advice and they always give me full support. So I can rest my mind and I truly trust them. Setting up our property for rent was made so much easier with Drewery. Having been tenants ourselves with them managing the properties we were in, we knew that they would support us and the tenants, which is important to us. They were friendly and professional. From viewing to completion lasted 4 months, their service and care were very good. I viewed couple of houses before and Tom Ferguson knew exactly what I was looking for, this shows his attention to details were good as he remember each customer's requirement. After the deal were agreed, Nick barber took over and look after the purchase process. He referred solicitor, electrician and surveyor, all these referral were brilliant as i have a hassle free purchase. Also, Nick is very responsive to my call or email.
