GoogleWe dealt with Tom at Drewerys and can honestly say best viewing we have had on any property we have viewed. He was insightful, knew so much about the house and area. Really genuinely bice man who went out of his way to squeeze us in. Was in no way pushy! Would really reccomend.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending the Drewery team; Tom, Tommy, Hayley and Clive were excellent. We found them trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. We sold our flat through them but we also purchased our new home with their help. They were reliable, always helpful and offered excellent customer service. I suspect the process of selling and purchasing another home could have been significantly more stressful without their invaluable support.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Drewry highly enough. The team we worked with was highly knowledgeable, helpful and represented us in a best way possible. They listen well and only sent listing that was right for us. Big shout out to Tom, Tommy and of course Kelly for helping us find our dream home. You’re the best! Would certainly use Drewry again when we grew out our home.

Google**DO NOT USE THIS AGENT** We heard nothing from them in the 12 weeks it took to sell out house, negotiations in the beginning was very poor. They left all the work to us chasing other agents and solicitors, their excuse was that due to the job I do (mortgage broker) that they felt I knew the process better so wasnt as proactive. They done no viewings this was left to me the whole process was shambolic they done the easy bit in answering the phone to my buyer who had seen the property through another agent, they then just sat back and done nothing apart from start to put pressure on me when the legals were nearly done in order to get their commission. We have reported the agent to the ombudsman and await their reply.

We are extremely concerned to read this (poorly written) review, which is vastly inaccurate and untrue. This vendor has not paid us any fees at all for selling his property and unfortunately he appears to be using every endeavour to avoid doing so. In view of the contents of this review, we shall be contacting our legal advisors.

GoogleI have been renting apartments for a few years now through Drewery Agency in Sidcup. The customer service is top notch. David, who works there, answers your emails, text messages, phone calls immediately. I have really had no problems with contracts or, for example, with the return of deposits over the last few years. David, thank you again for everything.

GoogleIt is a professional team that knows how to talk with the client, find out clients needs and help them find a new home. I had a wonderful experience they always helped me with appointments, viewings and were always prompt in their relationship with me. They pay special attention to the client, always when a new property appears, I received an email with it, at the end of the week I also received an SMS with all the properties they had available, and when I requested an appointment via email or what-up, they responded very quickly and they always helped me see the properties. James, thank you for your help, I hope you always remain so professional, kind and involved in helping people find the right home.

GoogleThe first time myself & my husband have used Drewery. I found the service as a whole seamless. Both James and Beth have been extremely supportive, helpful and professional. They guided us through the whole process and we couldn’t of asked for a better service from them. We viewed a property on a Friday and had completed all paperwork etc and was offered the what is to be our new home by the following Monday. What more could you ask of the company and their staff.
