GoogleCurrently going through the process of moving next week, had some really bad experiences with estate agents and always dreaded moving but oakfield have made it so straight forward and easy I move next week and I've only had to go into the office once. They've kept me updated every step of the way by either phone, text or their portal. Couldn't recommend them more! Especially Lucy who has been dealing with my whole move!

GoogleMoving again with Oakfield, Bexhill this month and yet again the service has been fantastic. Charlotte has been prompt on her responses via email and providing me updates via text messages. She has even responded to me on her days off and make sure I have been contacted by other staff in her absence. The overall professionalism and quality of work provided by Charlotte and the team is outstanding. Highly recommend

GoogleAs a business man, i have had many dealings buying and selling properties. Jo made this experience the best. The standout was the communication feedback. Typically, i would be chasing the agent for feedback, but she was way ahead, phoning me everyday and chasing progress from all quarters. AMAZING Jo was so proactive, where i find most agents to be reactive and lazy, Jo was on top of the game and chasing at the sharp end. Carlsberg dont do estate agents, BUT !

GoogleThis was the first time we have ever moved leaving a family home after 42years . Knowledge of what to expect was minimal. Not being aware of each step through the process is why I have only rated a four star . On occasions I felt I was a hinderence by calling to push the final stages . Overall the team are friendly but lack of communication was frustrating compared to other parties.

GoogleStaff don't seem to care, never call back and have to constantly keep chasing them up. We even were the ones to call them when they told us our buyer had pulled out the previous day!!! With my house purchase the man helping with the purchase quit, neglected to pass on any information and we had to start all over again after a month of working towards it. Once again it was me that called them. Overall very poor service from people who couldn't car less.
