Honestly I could only reccommend Jade at Oakields. I found her to be friendly, knowledgable and willing to help with every stage of the process. I have had dealings with quite a number of letting agents in the bexhill and hastings areas over the past few weeks and jade stands head and shoulders above the rest.

I have used many letting agents in different areas over the years. When we decided to let our house out in Bexhill we chose Oakfields as they were so good when we bought the house through them. We are so glad that we did as they are by far the best agents we have ever used. Charlotte & Lucy made the whole process so smooth and painless and were always very approachable, and easy to contact. They were very knowledgeable, professional, extremely polite & courteous. We wouldn't use anyone else, highly recommended!

We were extremely happy with the service provided to purchase our first property. After being served an eviction notice during the pandemic we were anxious to buy, however the state of the market was extremely difficult with prices rocketing and properties going extremely quickly. However Tony from Oakfield particularly, helped and eased this process with his patience and understanding nature, he showed us around multiple properties always being informative and responsive to our many questions. This also included many multiple views of the the same properties which was extremely helpful in us making the right decision, this included supporting us to go back to the property we purchased after we had our offer accepted on multiple occasions before completion to show tradespeople round and measure up which was vital due to our time pressures. We purchased through an online auction process which was quite daunting but this was not felt due to the support and guidance facilitated by Oakfield. We found the overall service from Oakfield excellent, and Tony and Jo spring to mind who provided us with excellent service throughout. I approached Oakfield to find me a tenant for my property on a Let Only basis. I had been stung by an agent before, losing £1000 due to a bad situation the agent created, so I was very wary and asked a lot of questions throughout the process. I mainly dealt with Charlotte and Chloe, and they were a pleasure to work with. Helpful and keen to make sure I had all the information I needed, they set my mind at ease, and ultimately the process was followed through from start to finish in a positive and very professional manner. I was in urgent need of a suitable property to rent in bexhill. Oakfields office in bexhill looked very professional and very well presented. On entering this branch I was greeted by Charlotte. On providing all the requirements that my family needed charlotte searched through all the available properties and immediately located our current and new home. Charlotte provided a very fast and prompt service that enabled an urgent viewing. The property was excellent and within an hour I paid the fees. Charlotte ensured that the whole process was fast and completed within a short time period. Charlotte is a credit to oakfields. 10/10

I was extremely happy that I made the right decision to use Oakfield to buy our property at 65 Dorset Road Bexhill-On-Sea TN40 1SQ and highly recommend Richard Snatt Chloe Fox and Charlotte Wilkinson the agents i worked with. From start to finish they were speedy efficient constantly available and always cheerful helping us with lots of questions and contacting the previous owner to sort out details. They also helped a lot by pushing our solicitor when she was doing absolutely nothing and good at keeping us up to date and the team were very proactive trying to sort out problems as they arose. Oakfield property website provides good updates about viewings,offers and progress which has we found very useful. Excellent service from start to finish, dealt a lot with Tony who was great, promised me he could sell my flat and he did. After nearly giving up we gave Oakfield a go and it changed our lives really. The only problem was I was quoted £1650 and charged £1800 but at that point we just wanted to get over the line! Always someone available to speak to and help with and even when our buyers pulled out, Oakfield were there again getting people in to view the flat straight away and we sold not long after.

If you want to sell or buy a property look no further than Oakfield. Last week, via Rightmove, Primelocation or directly, I messaged FOUR primary estate agents in Bexhill with details about the type of property I was interested in finding. One of the messages also included a request to view a particular property - unfortunately, this message was NOT sent to Oakfield. However, within moments of sending my message to Oakfield, Richard Snatt - the Sales Manager, had emailed me with the particulars of several properties that fitted my requirements. Yesterday, Richard sent on details about a new listing. Sadly, none of the properties are ideal. Why was it 'unfortunate' that my viewing request was NOT sent to Oakfield? Why is it 'sad' that the properties they are presently marketing don't quite hit my mark? Simply because they are the only agency to have responded thus far!!! And, just as relevantly, Richard responded extremely promptly and accurately to my request ... as well, he remembered me when a new property came on the market the following week that fitted my somewhat 'loose' guidelines. So, if you want an agent to sell your property in Bexhill go with Oakfield, or wherever Richard Snatt is working. Likewise, if you're wanting to buy somewhere in the region contact Richard, I'm sure you too will receive a truly impeccable service.
