I didn’t end up buying through JP, but I wish I did!! The service they provided me when looking for my first property was at a different level compared to other agents!! They are efficient, replied to my emails quickly and are always able to help with questions I had. I can see how hard they work, as I walked past their office at 7 whilst they were having their morning meeting!!!!- CRAZY. Special mention too issey, who was always able to arrange a day of viewings at short notice :))

I have moved 3 times with JUST property…

I have moved 3 times with JUST property - for a very good reason - they are brilliant. Anyone can sell your house when times are good but when things get difficult as they did over the past year, you need a good team who know what they are doing and can cope with the stress with a smile on their face.I have been lucky that all of the team are so good and have fallen back on Colin Siggs superior skills when my sale fell through. He managed to find brilliant new buyers and hustled everything through doing regular chases on the chains solicitors, estate agents and clients and keeping me informed by email and text. Im not sure I could have achieved the outcome without them and remain very very grateful for all the effort put in on my behalf. If you are thinking of buying or selling in any of the areas covered by Just Property, please remember this is inevitally going to be a stressful time and you need to make sure you are in the hands of a professional friendly knowledgeable group of people. you really are supported from valuation to completion.

Just Perfect!

I could not rate Just Property enough, the entire team were faultless from start to finish. From the viewings of other properties right through to the office team helping chase solicitors along and the detail put into our house listing and photographs, they were fantastic. The advice and local knowledge was second to none, nothing was too much effort and they had time for us all the way through. If you are considering selling and/or buying in the area you need look no further. Thanks JP team! :)

1st Time Selling a House

This was the first time I have sold a house before and Just Property guided me through it effortlessly. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions about the process along the way. They were always genuinely happy to help and talk me through anything I wasn't sure of. I worked with different members of the team during the sale and who ever I came in contact with, I have high praise for. Just Property are not just about getting your money, they are sincere, friendly and truly do want to help you sell or buy your home. Thanks for getting me there guys! :-) I would definitely recommend using Just property..

Just Property - Highly recommended!

Just Property just provided invaluable, dependable support through what turned out to be a pretty complicated purchase (through no fault of Just Property!). During a protracted process, they followed up all enquiries promptly and always did their utmost to chase up on issues. We had to navigate unforeseen complications with a share of freehold and I I would say without the diligence of Just Property, this sale may well never have reached completion. I would not hesitate to use them again! A well earned 5 stars!

A* service

After previously using many other estate agents within the area we couldn’t be happier to have discovered just property. The team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing and selling property. They are fast and efficient and leave you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to every one we know without hesitation, it gave us one less worry with what can ultimately be an extremely stressful time. Cannot think you all enough. Mr and Mrs Ennis

100% Professional Estate Agent

I think most of us when buying or selling a property have mixed experiences with estate agents, with most being pretty challenging. However, I must say the team at Just Property have been 100% on the ball, supportive, knowledgeable & willing to help no matter what the issue is. I purchased a property through these guys & I can say if & when I move house I'll be knocking on their door for sure. Totally professional estate agents & a pleasure to work with. Thanks to all the staff at Just property :-)

We chose Just Property because of their reputation and from recommendations. We were not disappointed! They are very professional and efficient and kept us informed all along. We had a difficult time with our chain because of our purchase but they worked hard to keep the long backward chain together to ensure we did not lose our sale, updating us frequently, and the result was a successful sale. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them again if we are brave enough to try another move!

Very professional

Very professional, friendly and honest service. Everyone I spoke to, from when I walked in, to the person who showed me the property, to the follow up were all very helpful! I felt they went above and beyond in trying to accommodate me when it was difficult to get a hold of the seller to view a property and I was very impressed. I found another property that suited my needs more accurately somewhere else but my experience with Just Property would definitely make me want to sell through them when the time came. Thanks!

Ben Davey and his team were really good, friendly but professional. Ben in particular kept me updated and informed during what turned out to be an unnecessarily protracted and frustrating conveyancing experience, COVID or no COVID. He was a very effective conduit to share information with my buyers when the legal route to do this was problematic.

I honestly would not use any other agent

I honestly would not use any other agent. Just property have a great team. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and there to help. Went above and beyond to move the sale to completion. They did not stop at just selling my property, they were determined to help me find the right property to buy - and they did. Could not be happier with our new house and would not have found it without them. Thanks Just Property

Excellent!

We went to a different agent originally and after several months of being let down went to Just Property.I’m glad we did. In a very short space of time they found us buyers in a good position to proceed and the perfect house to buy. The service was excellent and the staff are friendly and professional. I only had to say my first name and whoever answered the phone knew who I was instantly. I would highly recommend this agency and regret not gong to them in the first place.

Just Property are fantastic!

The guys at Just have been incredible - ensuring we sold our house at the right price and securing us our dream home. An amazing service throughout the whole process - great photos and description, realistic valuation and viewings lined up before the house was even online! We had two offers within a week! Ben Davey, in particular, did an outstanding job mediating between us and our buyer during a stressful 8 weeks of building surveys and price negotiations. We can't thank him and everyone at Just Property enough. Cassie, Aidan and baby Stanley

Just Properties have been my agent now for four years

Just Properties have been my agent now for the last four years and have been most attentive with me their client and applicants for my properties. They offer a great service with up to date technology and a very professional personal service. I also love that they give the buyers a welcome hamper which is a very nice touch. As agents go Just properties have been the best I have dealt with in over 30 years of buying and selling properties.

Just Property ... Just Brilliant

All the staff at Just Property are amazing. They made the process of selling my house so simple. From Charles who valued the property, to the guys who showed round the prospective buyers, and Ben who finalised the deal. Something that can be so stressful was made painless. This is the second time I have used Just Property and I would really recommend them to anyone selling their home, and wouldnt hesitate to use them myself again
