GoogleI recently bought a property marketed by Greystones. This was a leasehold flat and unfortunately the transaction was complicated and long drawn out. Kevin did his very best to expedite the purchase, keeping in close touch and answering queries promptly. He was very tenacious in dealing with the freeholder, managing agent and solicitors. I am grateful for his assistance and have had a positive experience with Greystones.

From my initial request to view a property, through the viewing process and onto follow-up, his customer facing skills were impressive. GoogleGreystones had to deal with several bumps in the road (including my first buyer pulling out on the day of exchange.... ) but remained calm, resilient and patient throughout. Ashlee dealt with the bumpy sales process and I could not have been in better hands. He managed to strike the balance between being completely professional and also very human - showing empathy, ensuring stress levels were minimised and helping with any negotiations. Sam took over the sales process with the 2nd buyers and was equally as lovely. I would absolutely come back to Greystones when I'm ready to move again. They really do stand head and shoulders above most of the other agents in the area, demonstrating that taking time to be personable and interested in the human being(s) they are dealing with rather than just seeing dollar signs when someone wants to sell their property - is the key to success. Thank you.

GoogleWe've moved a few times while renting in the past, but this was our first time selling an inherited property - the Greystones team walked us through the whole process with ease, and took care of every aspect with no fuss. Everyone was very professional and friendly - they also had useful contacts for solicitors, removal companies, etc, as well as solid advice regarding negotiating the sale. Very happy to recommend this company!

GoogleFantastic, I was with 2 major estate agents for 3 months and had no joy selling through them. I received a letter from Greystones offering to sell my house for one third of the price that the other agents wanted. I signed up with them and they found a buyer for my property within 2 days. Absolutely made up with their service, communication and fees. We completed in just under 12 weeks which was amazing. Thank you Greystones

GoogleIf you need an estate agent to sell your property than look no further than greystones I have used the large estate agents in the past and was very disappointed whereas greystones were brilliant from start to finish all the staff are great and Sam the sales progressor was really on the case did all the chasing to get the sale moving and my emails were replied promptly, the best estate agents in East Sussex.

I am a first time buyer and I have to highly rate Samia who was my agent as she was very supportive and kept in contact to update me on the proceedings. GoogleI would like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Greystones. They were the agents for our purchase and everyone was really friendly. However our particular praise must go to SAMIA who was our sales progresser. She was with us all the way and kept us informed on a daily basis. I can recommend them wholeheartedly. GoogleWe moved into the Bexhill area from some distance away and only came across Greystones as the representative of our vendor however they could not have been more helpful and went far beyond what one would expect of an Estate Agent. The Bexhill staff were excellent, responded to calls, followed up enquiries and in fact were a great assistance in the legal process throughout. Not intending to move again for some time but if and when I do I shall definitely use Greystones as my Estate Agent.
