GoogleGreystones are awful. Myself and my partner listed our property with them after a bad experience with another agent. We'd seen a few properties with Harrison and always found him to be very positive and enthusiastic so we decided to list our house with them. They were aware of the issues we'd raised with the previous agent, and both Harrison and Carl assured us we'd receive a much better service with regular updates etc. In 8 weeks, we've not had one viewing, no feedback regarding the on line "hits", we've had to chase them regularly for updates (as they promised weekly calls), but to no avail. Where customer service is at the forefront of what they do, I'd suggest actually delivering s service would be an idea rather than sit back and wait for the phone to ring. I appreciate its a tough market etc, however, considering they were aware of issues we'd had and blowing their trumpet about how great they are, our experience has not been positive at all. On one visit to the office, we were ushered out of the door as if we were taking up too much of their time. 8 weeks of our lives we're not going to get back. I'd not recommend Greystones at all. Absolutely useless.

We always aim to provide proactive updates, consistent feedback, and a supportive experience throughout the selling process, so it’s disappointing to learn that you felt this wasn’t delivered in your case. Your comments regarding the lack of viewings, communication, and your visit to the office are taken very seriously. Although not an excuse, not at any point throughout the 8 weeks did you ever mention that you were unhappy with the level of service provided or contact, had we known you felt this way we would have put further procedures in place, so you had more regular contact from us. I’m sorry that on one occasion you felt you were ushered to do the door but that is never the case, in our office we always take the time to get up and show our clients to the door and open it for them so sorry if that was how you felt, it wasn’t meant to make you feel that way. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand what happened and see if there is anything we can do to put things right. GoogleI have only been with Greystones for a few months and I've only dealt with Claire so far. I have found her to be extremely professional and competent and has a lot of integrity. She is extremely caring and easy to work with. Lines of communication are great. Dealing with Greystones has really decreased my stress levels.

GoogleWe would like to say a massive thank you to all of the Greystones team. Kevin, Carl, Stuart & Owen, all of whom played a part in the very long, stressful process of our sale and purchase. Our chain was very complicated Kevin went above and beyond to help with everything he communicated with many other Estate agents and solicitors and sorted out lots of issues that arose and I can tell you there were many, Kevin kept in contact with us throughout the whole process almost every day some weeks. We have now finally exchanged after almost a year and we move into our new home next week, we’re relieved and excited! They are all friendly and very professional. They help negotiate the tricky parts of the offer process and following sale agreed, their Sales progressor Sam goes out of her way to keep you informed, as well as acting as your ally with liaison between solicitors, buyers and others to get things done. Don't waste time on other agencies, as we did. Go straight to Greystones.

GoogleA great Estate agents as it took only 3 weeks to sell our house, Ben took some great pictures which showed the house at it's best. Had lots of viewings so wasn't disappointed. This Estate agents kept us informed at all times, especially Ashley who was outstanding, we had a couple of times where the chain would of collapsed because of the first time buyers at the beginning of the chain, but Ashley sorted it all out for us. As a whole all of the team at Greystones were exceptional and very professional, we certainly would recommend them and you couldn't go wrong with them getting you that sale. We have now moved into our forever home thanks to Greystones 🏡 Many Many Thanks.
