From beginning to end, the whole team were professional, helpful, responsive, and an absolute joy to deal with. The property went under offer within 5 days of going onto the market, to a buyer who had been properly vetted. The sale proceeded without issue and completion took place in a short timeframe. Throughout, the team kept in contact with me and were always available to talk to me at any time. Thank you for all your hard work. For anybody looking to sell in Bexhill, I cannot think of a better agent to use.

My wife and I were so pleased Abbott & Abbott were the Estate Agents for our vendors. Prior to exchange of contracts they chased the bottom of the chain when nothing seemed to be happening and then on the day of completion they were amazing. Due to problems, again, with the very first transaction we were unable to complete that day. Michael Green performed miracles to ensure we did not need to return to our previous home and go through the whole process again the next day. By his own admission he had not encountered a similar situation for many years but with his care and professionalism plan B was put into place. We shall for ever be grateful for their care and kindness.

Having dealt with a person called jurgen,unfortunately not the first time, I can only give my honest opinion about dealing with him he is rude and totally confrontational.he should not be working in a job where he has to converse with people because he hasn't got a clue how to speak to people properly.its a shame because everybody else in the office are very friendly and helpful yet this person has been the same on the many times I've unfortunately had to talk to him.NegativeProfessionalism

Abbott & Abbott have been extremely helpful with the sale of my father's bungalow in Bexhill. He died during the first Covid lockdown when it was very difficult to find an estate agent to come out and value the property for probate but when I contacted Abbott & Abbott they were happy to come out and did a valuation in a safe way. About a year later we were in a position to sell the property and went back to Abbott & Abbott to do this for us. Again they were very efficient, advising us on the price, explaining things we didn't know and keeping us informed along the way until the completion last week. We would recommend Abbott & Abbott to anyone wanting a good service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Every tenant Mr Worrall has found for us has worked out well and I believe that is due to the time, effort and experience he brings to bear in the selection process. We used to rent a house managed by Abbott & Abbott. I would recommend this agency as they are professional and approachable. We've always been informed about any inspections or maintenance works well in advance. Steph had always promptly resolved any issues and we have always felt that we're in good hands in case anything unexpected happens. Our landlords have also been very forthcoming and helpful. Abbott and Abbott what can I say, they are fantastic estate agents. Darren and Michael definitely go the extra mile and pulled out all the stops to get us an amazing bungalow. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren, viewings of which there were many, follow up calls and finding out updates. We viewed several properties through Abbott & Abbott. All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. We eventually found a suitable property and had an offer accepted on a flat in Bexhill. Throughout the process, Mark has provide us with considerable help and advice. He obviously knows the area very well. The process has been complicated and protracted, but Mark has dealt with us in a professional but friendly manner. He is never too busy to help and has a good sense of humour. If only all estate agents were like this.

Michael, Mark, Darren and Keren are all absolutely lovely to deal with, this is probably the best Estate Agency that I've ever dealt with and I've bought and sold a lot of property in my time. They are patient and understanding and communicative and helpful and most of all are totally honest with you throughout the entire sales process, I simply cannot recommend them enough. If I lived full time in Bexhill-On-Sea I would ask them for a job!! Lovely company full of lovely people, don't buy or sell through anyone else in the area!!!
