GoogleWanted a valuation - so on 19/12/23 via their online enquiry form requested for 15/1/24 at 12 noon. A lady phoned me a few hours later to confirm. She stated that I would receive an email confirming - never got the email. Chased on the 15/1/24 via the on line enquiry form which stated they had received my enquiry form. Never got a call. 12 noon came and went. When I spoke to the office they stated they hadn’t received any enquiries from me! Let’s hope potential buyers don’t have the same problem. Need to say I’m using another agent!

Unfortunately, as you know from our telephone conversations today when you rang into the office, your experience has highlighted a glitch in our website enquiry system that we were not aware of, but we have now flagged to our website team to be rectified immediately. The glitch meant that, while enquiry forms were delivered, we did not receive your enquiries here in the office and, as such, no appointment was confirmed in our diary. You mentioned that you had received a call from our office back in December regarding an appointment but, upon further consideration and investigation, not having received your enquiry form in the office, we had no contact details for you, let alone would know to contact you? Another agent perhaps?
We would have been delighted to see you at the property today and, as mentioned, were happy to attend immediately, but appreciate your disappointment that no one was at the property on your arrival. We can only apologise again and thank you for bringing the glitch to our attention, albeit not in the way we would have chosen and certainly not with the disappointment it has caused.
