I cannot thank Mark and his team enough in assisting with the sale of my step-dad's property. Not only did Mark find a buyer, he kept me up to date on progress all the way through; including going the extra mile when things plateaued by finding out what the hold up was way down the chain - something my solicitor said he was unable to do. As the property was empty, Mark also kept an eye on the property for me, reporting regularly on the state of property and garden and letting me know if something needed addressing. Thank you Abbott and Abbott and especially Mark Pelham. You are in safe hands with this company.

Feeling very lucky that the property we wanted to buy happened to be marketed through Abbott and Abbott. From the very first contact with Mark I just knew he'd make the whole process as painless as possible. It had been a long time since we last bought property and we weren't local to the area. He answered every single question we had with patience, was always quick to communicate, has incredible knowledge and never made us feel silly for asking. His suggestions were always spot on and we felt he always had our best interests at heart even though we recognised he was working on behalf of the sellers as well of course. I cannot begin to exalt the service we received from Abbott and Abbott estate agency, and in particular Michaela Pearson. When purchasing a new home the stress and hassle can be overwhelming but we managed to do this with as little difficulty as possible, exchanging and completing in only 7 weeks after our offer was accepted. All through the process Michaela kept us updated and informed, nothing was too much. Emails were responded to within the hour and enquiries were dealt with efficiently and on time. Having dealt with a number of other estate agents previously, this experience was a breath of fresh air, and we consider ourselves fortunate the property we chose was being sold with Abbott and Abbott.
