TrustpilotExcellent Agent
After a disappointing “fall through” Hazel at the Cottingham branch of Beercocks helped us to re-market our bungalow and found us a new buyer within the first week of re-listing. An excellent agent which we have used successfully twice before

TrustpilotThankyou BEERCOCKS
We met Robert at my Father in-laws property, we warmed to him straight away. Very Professional and efficient. Explained everything really well and put us at ease about the sale at a very difficult time. BEERCOCKS have been most excellent all the way through the process so far. Very happy with all the people we have spoken too, they have kept us firmly in the loop at all times. So far so good up to accepting an offer in just over 1 week. Recommended
Thank you for your kind review! We will be sure to pass on your comments to Robert and the rest of the team!

TrustpilotPut your trust in Beercocks!!
We have recently sold our property through Beercocks and are thrilled with their level of service and attention to detail. When Henry initially visited the property we discussed a great marketing strategy and felt confident with all of his ideas to bring to market. From day one we had viewings lined up prior to the property being listed on the market and after more than 20 viewings in a matter of days and numerous offers we sold the property 5% over our asking price! I could not reccomend Beercocks enough. If your looking for an honest agent that delivers exactly what they say they will then put your trust in the experts at Beercocks
Hello Tom, thanks for your really kind review! We are so happy to hear you were happy with the service received from beercocks! We will be sure to pass on your comments to Henry and the rest of the team. Thanks again

TrustpilotFantastic service. Highly recommend.
Henry from Beercocks came and was the only person who came from numerous estate agents and made me and my partner comfortable, we felt as ease with him and trusted he would look after us and be able to help make a sale on our property. The service we received from the first valuation right through to our moving date was fantastic. If/ when I move in the future I will certainly be using Beercocks again, couldn't recommend them enough.
Thankyou very much for your kind review, your feedback is really important to us all here at beercocks. We wish you all the best for the future

GoogleWorking with Beercocks was a very positive experience throughout the entire process of selling a home. All three separate elements of what Beercocks does, from appraisal of the home, listing and finding a buyer to managing the difficult process of legal negotiations, were handled excellently. I found the agency very approachable, always available and endeavouring to find solutions. Their patience and willingness to help was an example of great service. It felt like they were always working for us, from setting a price above our expectations, delivering new buyers when sales fell through, and following up with solicitors rigorously to ensure negotiations got completed. I would highly recommend Beercocks and would use them again.
Thanks for your kind review. Your feedback means so much to us. We will be sure to pass on your comments to the rest of the team
