TrustpilotThe Driffield Office
The whole team at the Driffield office were really helpful and informative when we were interested in a property they were selling. Viewing arrangements were made quick and easy around our schedules and their communication was great too. Would highly recommend!
Thank you for your review it means a lot to the Beercocks family!

Trustpilotyou need to keep to your promise to…
you need to keep to your promise to communicate with your clients, I was promised call returns from Elaine, lost count how many times she failed to do so. our house sale failed on 2 occasions,as the buyers could not meet their offers, you need to put in a system to verify if they can afford to proceed, you took 7 months to complete..abysmal service worst ever, would NOT recommend BEERCOCKS to my enemy, as for your Solicitor choice offered to us, they were worse, PEPPERILLS were utter rubbish.....
Hi Barry,First of all I would like to apologise for any lack on communication on our part. It has been an extremely difficult year for conveyancing and lenders and with all the best checks in the world we are unable to 100% guarantee the buyer will proceed. At the time, we weren’t at full capacity due to the aftermaths of the national lockdown and we were dealing with extremely high volumes of enquiries, this is something we have since improved on as we have employed more sales progression staff to accommodate the work load. It saddens us to see you were this un happy with our service and feel you have made some very strong harsh comments here and feel it’s not fully warranted. A 1* review can be extremely damaging to a local family business and I really hope you may reconsider how this can affect a business like ours.Once again, I am so sorry the service wasn’t up to our usual high standards. If you wish to discuss this any further, please email Henry.b@beercocks.comKind Regards Henry Beercock

TrustpilotYou will not be disappointed!
I was somewhat (unfairly) sceptical about the service Beercocks would deliver when selling my property, most likely because I knew nothing about them and would normally use a more well known name. But, how wrong could I be? From meeting Henry to completion of the sale in 10 weeks they were simply brilliant. Communication was first class. They did everything they could to get the sale through quickly and I have not hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. You will not be disappointed!

TrustpilotYou’d be mad to go anywhere else
You’d be mad to go anywhere else: • 9 viewings booked with 4hrs of going on the market. • SOLD after 48hrs on the market. Steve, Danielle, Jade & Alice at Kingswood were absolutely Stella! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hello Paddy, Thanks for your kind review! We will be sure to pass on your comments to the rest of the team! Thanks again for using beercocks.

TrustpilotNothing but trouble from the first call
Nothing but trouble from the first callHad a viewing, agent was late and had no clue about the property,Had another viewing of a different property booked in and then cancelled 40 minutes before the viewing and they knew an hour before they called me.The person who called me to say they cancelled the viewing was rude and unprofessional not even an apology.Would not recommend to anyone. Half the time cannot even get through to a person when you call.
Hi Sam, I’m really sorry to see you have not had a good experience with viewings and I would like to look in to this urgently for you. Please can you provide me with more details, which office were you dealing with? As you can appreciate, this sort of feedback is not what we wish to receive and it’s something I take very seriously. Please could you take a moment to email me - Henry.b@beercocks.com Kind Regards Henry Beercock

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent, professional and friendly service from the start to finish of selling my late Fathers house. I was kept fully updated on all developments and all my questions and queries were promptly answered. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, including carrying out a couple of extra trips to my Dads house for me, which otherwise would have an entailed lengthy journeys for my home in Sheffield. Many thanks, hard to see how you could improve on the great service I recieved.
Thankyou for such a lovely review! Your feedback means so much to all of us the beercocks family! Thanks again for trusting us with your home

TrustpilotI can’t thank Beercocks enough
I can’t thank Beercocks enough! We sold our house within about 4 days before it had even gone online! They are super professional and very understanding. I have 3 month old and 2 dogs so as you can imagine having things organised and tidy was hard at times but beercocks understood all that and worked around what suited me. From Steven coming round at the beginning and to Georgia organising everything in and between it couldn’t of been easier and wouldn’t of been possible without them! I couldn’t recommend beercocks enough it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Communication has been amazing too, I’ve been kept up to date with everything and not had to chase a thing which was really important to me with leading such a busy life at the moment! Thank you so much for making this process so relaxed as possible!
Thanks for your lovely review! Your feedback means to much to all of the beercocks family

TrustpilotBeercocks best by country mile
So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. The journey to the house being sold subject to contract has been excellent and I'm looking forward to a hopefully equally smooth journey to completion.
