I don't live in the area but was selling a property so had to leave everything to Aitchisons. They were excellent. I was concerned how everything might operate during the pandemic / lockdown but everything ran extremely smoothly. They always responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you!

We sold our flat and bought our dream property through Aitchisons recently. Aitchisons were incredible from the start, Andrew came out to the flat and gave us a good valuation. He explained what to expect and how to handle offers etc. Once we agreed on a sale for our flat we started looking for houses and found our dream house through Aitchisons. I can't imagine having dealt with anyone else, the communication was always fantastic and we were never left waiting to hear about anything. Can't fault anything throughout the process and would 100% recommend

First class service on what proved to be a nightmare move. The staff could not have been more helpful in ironing out the multiple glitches, none of which were down to them. Highly recommended.

Found it hard work to get a viewing of a property. Aitchisons are very inflexible. Like most High Street agents they've been doing the same thing for years. They need to modernise their procedures and get up to date using technology.

Used Aitchisons twice in 8 Years for buying and Selling. The Friendly Staff Provided a high quality, professional service that was beyond reproach, resulting in a sale after just 3 Weeks in what was a bearish market at the time. From helping with appointing solicitors, to unraveling all the technical jargon involved in a sale, they left no stone unturned.Highly Recommend.

Aitchison's were very professional when putting our house on the market in September. We gained 5 viewings in the first 2 days and by day 4 we had accepted an offer over the asking price. Lovely, professional staff that provide a fantastic service! Highly recommend using them to sell your property.
