I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. GoogleAppalling! Don't respond to messages. Carry on as if it's too much trouble to set an appointment. Then when they know I am travelling from out of the area for a viewing, (120 mile round trip!!) they call 15 minutes before when I am practically there to cancel. Words genuinely can't describe this piss poor performance! All because they can't organise themselves and gain access. The appointment was made over a week in advance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1 Star is too kind!

It was the best decision we could have made: throughout a tricky and delicate few months following offer, acceptance and eventual completion & exchange, every member of staff who worked with us was wonderful. We must give a particular shout out to Emma, who went above and beyond the call of duty for us. In addition to being efficient, patient and professional throughout, she was agony aunt, supportive shoulder and and cheerleader: she kept us going throughout the whole rollercoaster and we are so grateful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aitchison’s: the team is a credit to their industry.
