We purchased a property in Crowthorne and the service offered by David Phillips and all the team at the Crowthorne office was fantastic from day one and throughout the whole process. We have had some pretty poor experiences with Estate Agents since our house in Ashford, Surrey went on the market and the excellent service offered by Frank Schippers has restored our faith that there is a professional and responsive team delivering quality customer services in estate agency. We have just purchased a property that was marketed through Karl at Frank Schippers and I cant recommend Karl enough. Always on the end of the phone (and if not calls back very quick), no question or query is too big or small and he went above and beyond for us where at times he really didn't need to. I have appreciated everything that Karl has done for us to get us over the line with our dream home. We didn't sell our property through Frank Schippers but I can most definitely say if we were looking to move house ever again then contacting Karl would be my first port of call.

Dreadful estate agents. Their key practise is overvaluing properties promising unrealistic sale prices to obtain listings. This then trapping sellers who are not aware of their tactics into long sole agency contracts forcing them to reduce the price to ensure a sale, essentially doing their job for them. Just have a look on Rightmove at all of their listings, all you will see is REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED REDUCED due to their unrealistic pricing especially during a period where interest rates are at a 20 year high. I tried to have dealings with Frank Schippers on several occasions over the last 2 years however it’s got to the point now where I disregard any listings advertised by Frank Schippers due to their painful negotiation processes, unrealistic valuations and quite ‘frankly’ dodgy agents, specifically David Teague who lied to me on several occasions regarding prices that sellers would consider in negotiations, only to find out 6 months later via Zoopla/Rightmove sold prices history that the house had infact sold for the same price I was willing to pay. Everything about them is dodgy and they should be avoided, ESPECIALLY by buyers unless you want to be completely ripped off.

Sold a house in Crowthorne, but live around an hour away. Frank and Karl were professional, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. They coordinated photographers, handymen, surveyors, cleaners etc in my absence, and I had complete trust in them. They were able to recommend all the local services I needed, escort people in and out of the house and answer any questions quickly and reliably. Nothing was too much trouble, and I never had to chase anything up. I would highly recommend Frank Schippers Estate Agents for a high quality and effective service.

We would only go with Frank Schippers! The service has been so good that we will keep coming back. We have been dealing with Karl during our sale; he has been exceptional. Just when you think he can’t do anything more, he pulls out another gem. We had a traditional chain, but also a further sale of an estate house, which Karl had nothing to do with, but he still offered his help in getting that chain sorted. We are certain that a couple of times the deal was falling through, but some exceptional negotiating skills from Karl kept us on track - we now complete in little more than a week. We will be recommending Frank Schippers to everyone we meet; the best option in Crowthorne!

As a family we've used Schippers for 2 sales, 1 purchase and 1 rental. They've always been fair, professional & responsive. It's great being able to work with an expert, independent business, with Frank at the helm. A particular shout out to Karl on the sales side who was incredibly thorough and responsive. Our most recent transaction was during COVID & whilst it was painfully slow, it would have been much slower without him continually chasing the various solicitors & people in the chain. I rented an apartment through Frank Schippers, and would not recommend them. They provided poor service and avoided essential repairs - would avoid renting from them! Edited to add: there were multiple holes in the roof that remained unfixed and led to mould issues, damp, and a high heating bill in the winter!

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Frank Schippers who have just helped me sell my home. The team were professional and helpful throughout the whole process, providing guidance on the marketing of the property and then when an offer was accepted, opened up a channel of communication with the entire chain to ensure we all knew where everyone was - something the solicitors were unable to do. As my property was empty, they also carried out regular weekly check ups to ensure the property was OK and that I complied with the conditions of my insurance policy.
