GoogleA few months ago I contacted a number of local agents for a valuation. Turned up late for a valuation I’d already had to chase up twice to get in the diary, seemed preoccupied and disinterested. Have since sold with another agent and going through the process to exchange. Would not recommend based on my experience.

GoogleFrom the very first conversation, Frank was a pleasure to deal with. Although this is my first purchase, when shopping around and even making offers on other properties, I'd gotten familiar with the way agents can be quite pushy and only really interested in the sale. However Frank was helpful and genuine from the off and understood our buying position. I believe he was able to sincerely convey this to our sellers and therefore achieve a mutually agreeable deal, all in an affable manner. Not to mention his decades of experience in this particular area - when buying or selling in Crowthorne, definitely contact Frank Schippers. We're now in our dream home and can't stop smiling :)

GoogleFrank Schippers was recommended to me 3 years ago to rent out my property and I haven't been disappointed. I am grateful for the help and advice provided by Karen and Nick, particularly as a new landlord. They have maintained their levels of service during the recent COVID-19 lockdown, in what must be very challenging times for the agency. Karen always deals with matters promptly but recently she has gone 'above and beyond' to deal with a repair needed at the property at short notice, taking care of everything in her usual professional manner. Thank you!

GoogleWe rent a house with them. The process of signing the contract was smooth, but since we entered we only had issues. 1.I notified to them that the front door handle was loose and they did not send anybody... As a result the handle broke few days later and I had to skip half day of work. 2.They did not know where and if a phone master socket was in the flat and I had to sort this out by myself with huge delays with the internet connection. 3. We had issues with the boiler that was working intermittently they sent somebody who did not sort this out. The issue lasted during the whole tenancy. The communication channel with them for these issues have always been dismissive and hasty. The use a platform that delays everything, not helpful at all. I definitely do not recommend this agency to anybody to be honest. My experience has been really negative

GoogleI have used the services of Frank and his team a couple of times in the last year and found them to be honest, straight forward in their approach, friendly and professional every time. The service they provided when selling and buying through them recently was exceptional - very quick to respond, always easy to get hold of, even through lockdown, and most of all reassuring and helpful during what can be a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend them for any property transactions.

They were calm, offered advice, and went over and above to smooth the process. Clear communication at all times made a tricky situation more manageable.
