GoogleWe used Barker Stone to sell our house during the pandemic. They were great and gave us a lot of great support and advice. GoogleI lived in rented accommodation that was up for sale by this lot. Unfortunately I had to deal with Simon - who was demanding, rude and damn right obnoxious. Do yourself a favour and use a different estate agent.

Thank you for your review. It is a shame you had some issues with the condition of the house the previous owners left. As your solicitors advised, the issues were minor and did not merit any recourse. It is disappointing that issues beyond our control would reflect negatively on us as agents. As with every sale, we invested a significant amount of time in your transaction, one of the reasons we have earned a fantastic reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, as evidenced by our reviews, so it is surprising to hear anything to the contrary, but we will certainly work hard to avoid any similar occurrence. We hope after all these years living in the house you have been able to enjoy it thoroughly and when the time comes to sell we would be delighted to assist you.
